Incredible 5 Star service by Banyan Tree staff. The views and the resort is stunning, but the staff’s attention to service makes the difference. Jesus, our beach attendant made our beach experience the best. We had great attention to our every want and desire. We highly recommend him for a true 5 star service. Arturo our waiter in Suna and Sands gave us exceptional service. His knowledge of the foods and descriptions of what was on our menu made our decisions easy and we enjoyed the process. We recommend him highly for our 5 star service. Alan and Galvan also made our dining experience special and even curated a private dining experience one evening down by the pool. Their attention to us is also recognized as a 5 Star standard. Victoria in housekeeping was exceptional and she paid close attention to our specific likes and sometimes without us saying a single word. We highly recommend her with a 5 star. The golf cart drivers are always very nice and we love their attention to showing us the nature along our way. And then of course Madai, our personal concierge, is the jewel. 💎 More than a 5 star. She maneuvered with us during our stay with the most fine and focused attention to us, our needs, our desires and our wants. We feel fortunate to have had her work with us during our stay. It truly made the ultimate positive difference of our stay. Our life of travel has taken us to many 5 star resorts and cruises including Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Regent Seven Seas just to name a few. We can say without reservation that thid team has put Banyan Tree Mayakoba at the top of the list. #1 Karla, head of guest experiences, checked with us while we were lounging at the beach. Another touch we noticed as an example of the attention to great service. We will be sharing our experience with friends and family. And we intend to return to share Banyan Tree with others. Gamaliel Puc at the Sands Beach club was a great server. He goes out of his way to make sure you get top notch customer service. Very attentive to service and making you feel special on your trip.

We’ve been coming to banyan tree for about 10 years . This time we celebrated our ten year anniversary. We love our people here , specifically our friend gamaliel puc. He always makes our stay magical . We always look forward to seeing him.

This place is special, a true balance of luxury and outdoors. The food is immaculate, and above all the people are the best. A special shout out to my friend, Jesus down at the beach club. He continues to go above and beyond for my family and all other families he interacts with. He is genuinely so wonderful, warm, and kind. He is truly talented at what he does. We can not wait to come back. We are already looking to book are next trip here before even leaving our first one! Ciao!

This is the most amazing resort on the planet. All of the staff has been so great throughout our stay, but Jesus at the beach has gone above and beyond for us every day. He is a great employee and they are lucky to have him.
