Great spot is Playa
Luis was great at the rooftop. Great view and environment was phenomenal. The location is Located in the center of El centro in Playa Del Carmen

Room/Service good /Hotel policy for globalist is poor experience
Could be a very nice property category should be recognized as 2 not a 4 .and both locations should be as one . They use the beach house location for a trap for paid upgrades. You can't be upgraded as a Globalist to the beach house or use and suit upgrade award for the beach house . And food is at the bare minimum you receive a omelet and juice and coffee not the best of quality. But the staff goes well out of the way as for service and being polite. Christian the manager was so very attentive to our stay . And our server Ernesto was on time everyday and very hard working. And Francisco at the bar was great and informative. And last but not least Eduardo at the check in entry was very helpful with my transport. Room at the beach house was nice roomy and large. With small ocean view balcony. room 3004 . Broken handrail at main entrance. And 6 steps to get into main lobby I had to drag my luggage up them not very easy. After being dropped off by our shuttle because he refused to take us all the way to the hotel because he did not want to cross 5th Ave. In playa del carmen.. they need to reevaluate the category hear or improve on alot of standard Hyatt policy for Catogory and Globalist upgrades.

Extraordinary food
Rafael was very attentive. 10/10 the breakfast on the rooftop is highly recommended by our party. If you’re visiting from another country, I would recommend personally to try a bit of everything including the pancakes. Yes the pancakes they’re nothing compared to anything. I have tried before in the US. Also, the omelette are a nice portion and don’t forget to ask for salsa.

Great service and Beautiful view
I had a great time at Hayt, Jorge was a great host. He went above ane beyond. He definitely deserves a raise and to be a manager. Outside of just being a host he made it feel like a second home. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here for 7 days Breakfast was good and Ernesto was our server he was very attentive .The manager Crhistian was very polite and helpful all week . Francisco at the bar was also very helpful and friendly . All in all it was a nice stay .
