Hyatt Centric PDC Mexico
Stayed here for 7 days Breakfast was good and Ernesto was our server he was very attentive .The manager Crhistian was very polite and helpful all week . Francisco at the bar was also very helpful and friendly . All in all it was a nice stay .

Best Tequila tasting in Playa del Carmen
Loved the tequila tasting at the Hyatt Centric. Luis, our bar tender, was amazing and super knowledgeable about the tequilas. Made the experience fun and enjoyable!

A really fun and great experience. Luis was extremely professional, and clearly has the experience necessary to lead this activity. He gave the adequate space to enjoy and mingle with the other attendees without interfering too much. Would've liked a little more of a backstory with each wine!

It's been an amazing experience every time I come here. Ernesto has been an awesome waiter and super professional. I 💯 recommend this place for family or just friend time.

Amazing time
We had a great family time (mother and daughter) at this place! The hotel is divided into beach and downtown and we stayed at the beach part, which was our preferred option. The hotels offers amazing activities for its guests and we did the tequila tasting with Louis, who extremely kind and taught us so much about tequila. Thank you!
