Amazing service by Eddie
Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Playa Del Carmen! We spent a week at this hotel for a birthday trip. What stood out the most was the excellent service from Eddie! We spent most of the week by the pool and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Thanks Eddie!!

Perfect Pool Day Thanks to Ernesto
Ernesto took great care of us. Our poolside cabana was perfect, and the food, drinks, and pool atmosphere were all excellent.

Relaxing and conveniently located
The rooms were attractive and very clean. The hotel staff were exceptional and personable, remembering your preferences and going over the top to meet your needs. If I have any criticism I would say the restaurant menu should be expanded.

Great experience
Great stay, great area, lovely hotel, and convenient to everything. You can actually walk to the ADO bus station. Shopping center and restaurants attached and a few steps to nightlife and beach. Loved the rooftop. Will definitely be back.
