Titi’s Hyatt Review
While booking we thought that the hotel is a beach front because of the pictures i guess. But regardless we had an amazing time and the location is close to everything. The atmosphere was good vibes the staff is very nice. We also had a guacamole workshop, Brandon was amazing and super patient with us. The rooms were super clean all the time. The cleaning fairies made sure to leave animal towels everyday, so we were super excited to get to the hotel at night to see what they created. It actually made our stay even more special. The only thing i wish we had in the hotel room is a nice little office space because i had to work on my laptop outside of the room but its ok, not a big deal of course.

Ernesto was amazing! Very friendly and attentive! The atmosphere is great! Good music and my glass was never empty!

Day pass at Hyatt Centric
We had such an amazing time at this rooftop pool bar. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. The staff truly make this experience memorable. Ernesto and Louis were attentive and so much fun. I highly recommend.

Great rooftop pool for a day pass!
I am from Playa and wanted a pool day pass - this roof top pool is amazing!! And for a great price! Ernesto is the best server!!! Will be back soon!

Unacceptable.
We booked at the Beach location, received confirmation e-mails for the beach location up until the week before. The DAY OF I received my check-in e-mail for the Downtown location. I assumed it was a mistake but after speaking w/ front desk it was not- the Beach hotel was being renovated so they moved us to the Downtown location WITHOUT INFORMING US. The renovation was not a surprise and they could have informed us earlier but did not. We were told we would get points added to our account (which we haven't yet) and did not receive any sort of compensation for the room. Completely unacceptable and not the service I would expect from a major chain like Hyatt. I specifically did not want the noise of the Downtown location- I specifically wanted to be on the beach. Had I known the hotel was being renovated I would have booked elsewhere. Really disappointing.
