order the vampiro
Tequila tasting with the best, Luis was awesome, amazingly helpful and great drinks shared were with us. Found my favorite drink "vampiro" ask for it. being deaf and in a different culture, Luis and the whole staff were willing to communicate with you and it was a breeze. they were so helpful. Wonderful vacation with my friend. thanks. Jon

Amazing staff- all deserve high praises.
This is my second review for this hotel. The first review was focused on one activity. This review will focus on the entire hotel. The hotel staffs are all amazing- everyone from the manager, bell guy, front desk staff, restaurant staffs and cleaners- everyone deserves high praises. As someone who’s Deaf, it’s hard to have a conversation with staffs- everyone was very accommodating, and had patience while we communicated via text. They even made some phone calls for me when needed. One of the staffs at the restaurant either learned some basic ABCs, or he already knew ABCs and communicated with us that way while doing the wine tasting. This trip was with a close friend of my. I will be back next year with my wife for our annual vacation. Looking forward to next year already. Hoping to have the same group of folks for another wonderful experience.

Luis: above and beyond!
As a Deaf person, Luis went above and beyond for our tequila tasting experience. Luis took the time to type out each history and add his own comments about each tequila rather than just giving us drinks and not sharing the history behind each drink. I really valued Luis here as he made me inclusive and not an outsider.

Amazing experience
Food and service were amazing, everyone was so attentive and nice, trying to help with everything. Foods possible in gluten free versions were amazing. 10/10 would recommend. All waiters were great especially Oscar and Ernesto.

Safe, comfortable and convenient
Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend staying here if you want a world class experience. Quality and efficiency are hallmarks of their service. My family and I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel. All of the staff was equally attentive and went above and beyond.
