Hotel with non working AC units
Great location, check in process took over 20 minutes. I would recommend another property than this one.

No a/c
Great location. But the entire building minus the front desk did not have a/c. The room’s were unbearable. I saw other reviews saying the same but i figured i worked get lucky. Besides that ms. Marina and mr. Alejandro were super great. Love them.

A/C Problems!!
I have stayed here many times and it has gone downhill the last couple of years. Crappy service, upstairs bar is no longer open, and the worst part is the air conditioning system does not properly cool the rooms. Great location though...

High quality service
Hands down the best hotel in the area! Stunning rooftop pool views, delicious meals, and quality service. Alex made our experience even better. His attention to detail and select recommendation were awesome ! Ask for Alex ! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing
The rooftop pool is stunning! The food was very fresh and tasty. The rooms cleaned daily. Staff were attentive. The hotel sits on 5th Avenue near all the bars and restaurants! Walking distance to everything and everywhere!
