About the Hotel

Inside, fresh flowers accent simple, modern island décor and art prints of coral. Koa Kea means "white coral," a tribute to the life-giving power of the reefs. According to Hawaiian mythology, coral is the goddess granddaughter of the world’s creator. From November to May, Koa Kea’s slice of the Pacific hosts a migration of humpback whales, so keep an eye to the horizon.

Most relaxing staycation we’ve ever experienced. Red Salt breakfast & dinners were awesome! Pool was quiet & relaxing, Erin’s bar service at the pool was the best! Kyrstin & Ashley provided awesome service for dinner at the Red Salt while Coco did the same at breakfast.

The Koa Kea resort is sandwiched in between large hotel resorts on Poipu Beach, Koloa, HI This 121-room resort is the perfect way to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation. The sound of the surf is not interrupted with the noise of large crowds. Within the resort property, you don't even realize there are other resorts nearby. The attention to guests with wonderful food and other services truly makes Koa Kea a luxury establishment for complete relaxation and the Aloha experience.
