We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with our friends. This is easily the most comfortable and well run hotel on Moresby. Breakfast is great, room service is premium, beds super comfy, taxi and airport shuttles are polite and helpful. All the staff are trained really well. Will stay here whenever we come to POM.

Beautiful hotel and accommodation, friendly staff. All the mod cons. The food selection in the Grand Brassiere is first class, definitely 5 star. A good hideaway from the hustle and bustle of POM. Stay there again anytime.

We did not stay here but were wandering around the CBD looking for a place to eat and found the great little cafe at the back entrance of the hotel. Fresh and familiar lunch time fare at very reasonable prices. Good coffee and the usual PNG friendly service.

Executive lounge access at this hotel is worth investing in. Breakfast on the 15th floor, access to computers & printing, a meeting room, space to hold informal meetings and discussions and a free cocktail hour from 5:30pm daily. Great staff team at the 15th, who recognised me from previous stays and went out of their way to ensure all patrons of the 15th are well looked after. The hotel senior management has recently changed and sadly this is observed through inconsistent housekeeping efforts over the few days I was at the hotel. Noticing a change in the dinner menu in the Grande restaurant. Had the salmon which was quite a bit overcooked, but which I did not have the time to send back. The mash tasted a little like a packet mix and was a sticky/gluggy texture. The saving grace of the meal were the asparagus - fresh and crunchy.

We were there following invitations from Toastmaster friends. From the driver to the doorman to housekeeping, brasserie staff and the bartenders who knew our preferred drink after one night, this hotel would rate with any around the world.
