Safe wouldn't work, and toilet wouldn't flush properly. Disappointed to learn that one had to make a special request to have one's room cleaned! Also disliked having to pay > $50/night to park! Location was good, but the hotel clearly isn't up to Hilton standards, and we won't come again.

Great downtown location. Although valet staff was super nice, apparently their phone wasn’t working - so we were unable to call down and arrange to have car pulled up. Front desk staff terrific. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Value for the price out of sync..

On the whole great experience. Quiet, comfortable room. Bar/restaurant experiences great. Traveling with elderly family member. We requested accessible room for her. She had standard bathtub. We had shower in our normal room. Her room more spacious but she still did not have room to get to other side of bed for coffeemaker. I don't think a wheelchair would have been able to get in room, bathroom, etc. If mobility access an issue you might want to look elsewhere but for standard rooms everything was good. People at front desk, bar, restaurant and valet were very nice. Location convenient so we could walk to venue for family memorial. Did not use car whole time there. Might have found other parking to avoid $55 daily fee.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, they have a great ac/heat/fan that was able to stay on at night and didn't shut off. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a plus and coffee was good. Location was perfect for what we needed. Recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here!! 5 stars!

Great location. Lots to do in walking distance with dining options and shopping. Nice spacious gym. Clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and lots of space. Only downside is counter space and storage in bathroom is too small for more than 1 person. Awesome market, bar, and restaurant options. Friendly staff.
