Love it here!
This is my second stay at The Nines (in a matter of just 4 weeks- I love it!) The rooms are impeccable, the service is excellent and the staff is warm and welcoming! Special mention for Amina at the front desk- she was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with a room change, and her warm attitude made a huge difference. Truly wonderful service!

Nice experience and excellent receptionist JUAN
It is a wonderful experience in The Nines. The service at the front desk is excellent. The front desk receptionist, JUAN, provided particularly excellent service. He learned that I was here for a vacation and my birthday. I received free champagne and a chocolate cake. I was very happy!

Great weekend deep dive into Portland
Had a wonderful weekend. The concierge, Cruz, was exceptional. She really helped us line up ou4 itinerary and set us up w Sergio to sightsee the waterfalls and the city hot spots. Highly recommend.the hotel and restaurant and bar was top notch beautiful.

Wonderful stay in the nines
Stay there for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Right from the check in at the front desk till the restaurant. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and we want to give our special shoutout to Juan at the front desk for his service and the wine he sent for us. I'd definitely comeback to The Nines.

Best service at the front desk! Janessa!
Janessa is the reason why I would return. I stay often at various hotels weekly and her service is by far the best I’ve had! She went out of her way to get ice for my family day one and by day two she spent so much time making sure I got references on all these coffee locations locally for the next few days! Such a personal touch! Her service makes The Nines luxurious!
