Great place but interior room echo slightly from restaurant. Prefer exterior rooms. Easy walking of everything downtown and trendy. Great restaurant at Urban Farmer so ease is perfect. No coffee in room?!?!

Our little family had a short stay planned in Oregon, and I wanted to spend a few of those days at The Nines because I had such an amazing time during my last visit. Booking a specific one bedroom suite was a breeze, and was a seamless process thanks to Janina. I also had wonderful recommendations from Agnes who was a delight to speak with. I wanted to have a special, personal set up for my hubby because it was our anniversary, so I reached out to the hotel, and was contacted by Clint Kuper on their concierge team. Clint took a wonderful approach to my requests, even offering suggestions that suited our celebration. I had a few extra items I needed in our room, and that too was promised, without issue. Upon our arrival, the hotel was just as glitzy as I had remembered it. Our suite wasn't quite ready so we were welcomed into a hospitality room on the 14th floor. The room was very comfortable and even had a handwritten note from Clint PLUS a crib for my little 5 month old. I thought that was very thoughtful. On our way up to the 14th floor, the elevator door opened, and Kevin Durant had held the door for us! Apparently the team was staying there over the weekend to play against portland. That was pretty damn cool, to say the least. We had taken off to grab a bite, and came back when our suite 951 was ready. Upon entering our suite, I was in awe. It was very spacious, beautiful (to this day I still love the Nines's decor) and our anniversary surprise from Clint was laid out so nicely. My hubby was super happy, as was I. Our suite also faced out onto a lovely view of the city. We enjoyed every bit of our accommodations, huge separate bedroom with two queen beds, comfortable living room, great lighting in the bathroom! (super important when you travel with a female to male ratio of 3:2) It was a perfect space for all of us. I would have wanted a walk in shower, but the tub proved to be much easier for bathing our baby. The staff remembered us, and addressed us by name each time we came and left. My husband works in the entertainment industry, which prompts a lot of travel and hotel stays. He too was impressed with our setup and the staff at the Nines. The Nines treats its customers the way they want to be treated. It was such a great pleasure being able to stay here again, and even moreso with the exemplary customer service. Can't wait to find our way back here.

We stayed at The Nines for 5 day and we fell in love. The room was wonderful the bed was comfortable and the view from our room was nice. This hotel had it all for us we had breakfast at the Urban Farmer Steakhouse and a date night dinner at Departure and both had great food. The only down fall was that the hotel had no guest parking we had to pay $47 extra a night to park our car their even though we were guest. But overall it was an amazing place to stay at. The atmosphere was great and it was close to all our activities.

Hotel, Staff and accommodations are first class, however, each and every time i check in, there seems to be some confusion about my Gold Status. Last trip i spent 10 minutes at the counter and the gentlemen couldn't find anything on me other than Preferred. I checked in, no offering of points, welcome drink, etc. I always get this in other hotels. Again, i think something is incorrect with the personal info, etc. My SPG# 50787247536.
