Wonderful Service
We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Nines. Juan was extremely helpful and friendly. He even surprised us with a bottle of Rose and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our belated valentines weekend. We are from San Diego and this place has hospitality beat by a mile!
The staff was amazing. So friendly even in the cold weather :) we are planning on doing monthly mommy/daughter stays when we move up there from San Diego. Also Departure was a restaurant experience! A must try!

Great Hotel, Service, and Experience!
Everything from check-in to check-out was phenomenal. The staff were attentive and proactive in welcoming us as a Marriott Bonvoy member and delivered a handwritten note, balloons, a printed picture, and fresh cookies into the room. Cruz did an incredible job of making me feel welcomed, and appreciated. The AmEx FHR perks were incredible and this hotel delivered 5 stars!

Great hotel to stay
We stayed there over Valentine’s Day and it was an amazing way to experience Portland! From the check in to the bed, everything top notch. You should try their urban farmer restaurant, really didn’t even need to leave the building for great food. Lastly, I want to thank Juan at the front desk for great service and being helpful
