Accommodating, informative, and kind
Portland, OR nines is aesthetically hot. The drinks were delish. Juan from Indonesia is really fun to talk to! We love him. We need more interns like him in Portland.

Personal touch
The Nines was absolutely lovely. The staff made our trip unforgettable. The front desk agent Juan, greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and to our delight, we returned to our room to find chocolate strawberries from Juan. This personal touch started off our celebrations and made it so special.

Above and beyond customer service!
I stayed at The Nines for a work trip this past week. As a traveling breastfeeding mom away from my baby, it’s already stressful as it is. My company pays to overnight breastmilk home via milkstork. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with FedEx picking up the package from the hotel and obviously it has to ship out as soon as possible to remain cold. One of the staff, Anandi, went above and beyond and took the package to FedEx over her lunch break to ensure it would ship out that same day. Not only that, her and the team were nice enough to run the other 2 packages of breastmilk that week to FedEx for me. Truly can’t thank her and the hotel enough!!! Best customer service I’ve ever had from a hotel. My milk arrived next day cold and perfect for my baby boy! Thank you!

Our favorite place to stay in Portland
We come back to The Nines time and time again because of the wonderful location, delicious food, beautiful rooms, and excellent service! We appreciate that The Nines valet is always quick to welcome us, and they are efficient in helping us bring our luggage in and out. They are eager to help as soon as we arrive. Paul at the valet is so friendly, helpful, and positive - always with a smile on his face! Marissa at the front desk is warm, patient, and thorough. Jake at Urban Farmer is thoughtful, efficient, and delightful. He made our evening extra special with a creative surprise! Thanks you to The Nines, we can't wait to come back!
