This hotel is small, and you'll see the same staff every night of your stay. It has such a homey feel, we loved it! It's located on a back street in Mala Strana, so you're not far from Petrin Hill or the Charles Bridge, but you're away from the jam packed tourist spots in Prague which we loved. We walked into Old Town and Lesser Town quite a bit, but just realize you're not in the heart of the city. However, if you're like us and prefer to be away from the huge crowds that are always in the squares or Charles Bridge, this hotel is perfect. Each room has a name rather than a number, so when you book, you specify the room. I forget our room, but it was on a floor with only one other room and it even had a common area and a little kitchen area, although we never used either. The room was super cute with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, a comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a window with a small view of Prague Castle. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance, and an Italian restaurant in the hotel itself. We were given vouchers for free wine daily and even discounts at the restaurant in the sister hotel when the one in our hotel was closed. We had such a great stay and would definitely return! My only reason for 4 stars is the wifi was a little spotty, and the blow dryer had brown spots on it. Not sure if it was just old or not really cleaned.

We booked a junior suite, but there was an issue with the lock on the door, the hotel was completely full, so when we arrived we were given "the imperial suite", it was huge, essentially an apartment. The staff is stellar, communication throughout was excellent, I cannot say enough.

What a great surprise this hotel was. Lovely pleasant staff, huge unusually decorated rooms (definitely felt like we were in Prague), everything you need or want in a hotel, also lovely breakfasts. Short walk to the bridge and restaurants,

Even though it is a fairly recent setup, the hotel has all the charm of a centuries old town palace. After a superficial security check of our car (the US embassy is across the street) we were warmly received and shown to our room. The hotel has valet parking. The sauna is small and separated by gender. The pool is good for a dip rather than a swim. Unfortunately there are no service elevators so we had to wait because the cleaning staff and kitchen were using them. This was a mild inconvenience but surprising for a 5 star hotel. Overall: very friendly staff and good value for money in a great location.

This was a really great stay. The hotel is located in a quiet alley a few minutes walk from everywhere you want to visit. We could even drop by midday to give a rest to our feet before continuing to enjoy the night life Prague has to offer. Warmly recommended. Our room (208. Mozart suite) was a spacious square room, with a kitchenette on one side, and similar to many hotel rooms a table with 2 chairs between the bed and the windows on the other side. The wardrobe is not big, but adequate. The windows are double glazed and it was super quiet. Bed was comfortable and the linen good. It took about 20 minutes plus to get me a second pillow on our first night - but other than that everything was simply great. HOWEVER: I admit I was slightly disappointed as we first entered the room. We made a reservation for a "junior suite" - and the photographs for this room on all websites, including the official hotel website, depict a much larger room, where one might sleep in one area while another may sit and read or eat at another part of the room. It was not really possible in our room. There was only a single area, no "suite". I suggest that the hotel will update their photos. The room is really nice, why manufacture a disappointment? There's a very quiet air-conditioner in the room. We got chocolates every day :) and a complementary bottle of water on our first day (we used tap water on the following days, which was perfectly good). The breakfast buffet was good and generous. Cheese selection, charcuterie , fruits and nuts and yogurts and cereal as well as some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and lettuce). Breads and baked goods as well as eggs and bacon of course. The coffee was pretty good and service was excellent. By the 2nd morning the lady in the dining room already remembered our preference for coffee and eggs. Made us feel very much at home. The hotel stuff are very kind and helpful. For the most time we were in contact with Lenka and Luka, both kind and helpful. Coffee to our room on arrival was a real treat!
