We stayed here with our 2 daughters. The room was very spacious for Europe and held 4 of us comfortably. Wifi was very strong and you also have Apple TV. We even had a small sitting area. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They were always eager to assist us if needed. We had breakfast each morning and lunch on the roof top terrace on. The food was yummy. The location was great and the garden on the property was beautiful! There was also a fitness center that was pretty well equipped. After a long day it was so nice to get a great night sleep in this quiet hotel. The concierge made us dinner reservations at Aromi Restaurant which was delicious! They have garage parking for a fee which is rare in Prague so we were able to store our rental car there with ease. I would definitely stay here when in Prague again!

One of the best, if not the best, hotel in Prague! Perfect in any way imaginable - rooms, decor, atmosphere, amenities, breakfast, restaurant, bar, they even have a secret garden in the back with a limited access to hotel guests. The roof top restaurant is a must ! Location is also fantastic.

Loved this hotel. This was our first stop after traveling from the US so we were wiped out when we arrived. I like to have the hotel make our taxi/car arrangements and you just walk out with your luggage and leave with the person with your name on the sign. Very efficient. You can be assured it will be a non-smoking ride which is not always the case in Prague which is still going through growing pains with the smoking as of May 2017. The restaurants are supposed to go smoke free in June 2017 but we were told they have tried this before and were not successful. Non smoking restaurants do exist so if you care about this make sure to find one otherwise you will smell like smoke from most restaurants with “sections”. We saw the Aria hotel on Samantha Brown's Passport to Europe and we already knew it was a beautiful place. We asked for a quiet room and we had a great room. We pretty much walked in and passed out from exhaustion. When we came to, I remember just being so happy to have a big beautiful bathroom, perfect with great Molton Brown toiletries and a strong free flowing shower. Ahhh. We headed to the concierge for dinner where we first met Ivana. She was great! Ivana was efficient, knowledgable, specific and sincere. We spent more time talking with her and she was always happy to help and had some great tips about the Prague Castle. You have to go and see her before you go to Prague castle. When Ivana wasn't there, she was definitely missed. She's the best concierge there and anywhere. I thought we were getting a coffee maker in the room but found out it was not the Jr suites but the apts and maybe some other suites that came with Nespresso makers. We met Zoran Juric the Coda restaurant manager that night. Although we never got a coffee maker, we went down for the included breakfast everyday which was very nice. They also serve tea in the afternoon included in your stay. The hotel is safe, spectacular, clean with a staff that is trying to be outstanding. This is the best kind of hotel. They care about the details. May 2017 was the perfect month to start our visit. It was just starting to get crowded and it was not yet hot. I was in tank tops but the the rest of the city was still bundled up with heaters on. I read enough on Tripadvisor about Aria and it was all as planned. A bonus was that the hotel changed our American dollars for Czech crowns and the rate was better than the bank. The city is less expensive than most places in Europe and tipping here is appropriate. Plan on 10-15% for car service and 15-20% at restaurants. Although sometimes they add it in, or part of it so don't be afraid to ask what is written out on the bill if you don't recognize the charge. Prague is a lot of walking on cobblestones. Be prepared with tried and true shoes (not brand new or unsensible shoes) if you plan to walk this beautiful walking city. The bridge alone is far each time you go into the old town. There is a main tram within walking distance of the hotel and I highly recommend getting the all day pass if you are unsure how many stops you will make. It is inexpensive and a good deal to travel all over the place all day and give your legs a break where you can. The restaurant staff is very nice at the Coda which is the restaurant at the Aria. We had dinner one night and Zoran, the Chef, Ivana, the whole staff were so nice and accommodating. Another night we sat at the "Piano Key" bar, had wine and got the best service. We never got to see the rooftop because the one time we went the stairway was locked. I recommend going up there because I wish we had for dinner or bring your drinks if the restaurant is closed to weather. The gardens and grounds are beautiful as well. There is a lot to do in this beautiful city. I hope to go back and if I do we will stay at the Aria. It's a smart crowd and they like Americans so you are in good hands.

If you are a music lover, you can't do better than staying at the Aria! My husband and I stayed here from April 20 to 24th, as part of our tour of Prague, Vienna and Budapest. The entrance to the hotel is modest (it's easy to miss unless you see the giant musical clef sign) but once inside, you are greeted by beautiful marble floors and a friendly concierge. We stayed in the Bizet room, which was perfect since I love Carmen. While the room was a little on the small side, the beds were very comfortable and we were serenaded by music as soon as we checked in. Each room is musically themed and we had a great selection of movies and music to choose room. I booked this hotel because I am a movie buff, and they have a fantastic selection of films in the Library on the first floor, near the breakfast area. You even get access to a private screening theater if you wish! The breakfast was delicious and you got a buffet consisting of smoked salmon, freshly made yogurt, fruit, and eggs made whatever way you liked it. The restaurant is called Coda and there is even a pianist in the evenings if you decide to have dinner there. At 4 there is teatime and you're invited to partake in some delicious snacks and tea. The best part (of which there are many) is that the hotel has a private entrance to the Gardens, which is a UNESCO Heritage site. Normally you have to pay to get in, but as a guest of the hotel, all you have to do is go into Aria's back yard, so to speak! The rooftop bar was unfortunately not yet open for the season, but my husband and I took great photos of the garden and if you climb up high enough, you get wonderful shots of Prague. The service was excellent. The concierge was always ready to help us with anything we might have needed. When we needed to get to the airport, he arranged the cab to pick us up and when my husband asked for him to mail a postcard to a friend in the States, this was done instantly. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Aria. This experience reminds me of why I choose to book five star hotels wherever possible!
