Me and my husband stayed at Arial Hotel for two nights. From the moment we were welcomed till the time we departed everybody was very nice and nothing was ever a fuss for them. Location is really good and Charles Bridge is only a 5 minute walk. Nice room, comfortable and very clean. Special thanks to Henry for helping us organize our evenings and looking after us. We would highly recommend this Hotel.

We booked this terrific hotel during our 20th anniversary trip to Prague. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The hotel driver was waiting for us at the airport in Prague, helped us with the luggage, and gave us an enjoyable commentary as we made our way to the hotel in a spotless and comfortable E-class Mercedes. At the hotel, the entire staff was very friendly and outgoing, welcoming and eager to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our room was amazing. We had a luxury suite overlooking the garden. Two very large rooms and a lovely bath. Large windows opening onto the garden and the sound of the fountains and birds. Perfectly quiet when closed, making sleeping very easy. The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. With a refrigerator and small stovetop, as well as a microwave and large assortment of glass and dinnerware, you could easily have cooked your own meals. We opted to try as many of Prague's terrific restaurants as possible, but enjoyed the nice bottle of wine and terrific anniversary cake the hotel thoughtfully had waiting for us when we arrived. The location is within easy walking distance of anything you would typically want to see or do in Prague. The castle was literally a 2-minute walk up the hill, and the Charles Bridge 5 minutes the other direction. We covered a huge amount of ground in our 5 days at the Aria, and each afternoon when we returned, we were so glad to have chosen this as our base. Drinks in the lovely hotel bar before heading out for dinner at one of the dozens of nearby restaurants, and a terrific breakfast offered every morning made it a truly wonderful place to call home for a few days. I highly recommend it and am already anxious to return.

This extraordinarily extravagant hotel is but a stones throw from the Prague Castle and other Prague highlights. In 2014 and 2015, Aria was voted the #1 Hotel in the Czech Republic by TripAdvisor, and was on the Top-25 list in all of Europe. After my stay, I can certainly attest to the worthy accolades!

From the moment you walk into the lobby you can tell you are in a different world. The front and entry of the hotel are surely the most understated I have ever seen. But the welcome is sincere and friendly and then to your room. The hotel is music-themed, so every room has a different composer, with appropriate music to soothe after a hard day walking about the most beautiful city in Europe. Service is stellar. Breakfast is great as is the afternoon tea. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. The food was superb, but the lobby dining venue (same place for breakfast) was underwhelming to say the least. But overall, the hotel is fantastic. Location is minutes from the Charles Bridge and into the Old Town. It's close to the Castle, but that was a hassle with the crowds, but a must for first-timers. Lots to do and see, with great restaurants all over the place.

This hotel has everything one would want plus some extras such as an Internet telephone (free for one's use) and tablet. There is an attached wonderful garden, a rooftop view of the city, and very friendly and competent staff. It is located within walking distance of the center city as well as being just below the castle. Additionally, there are multiple cafes in the neighborhood.
