Family stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Mozart suite. A lovely room...perfect for families...comfortable and well-appointed. Nice view over the gardens. Hotel location is perfect. I believe it is heritage protected so you have to adjust to some the choppy hotel lay-out and the impossibly small elevator...but worth it. Good wifi. It should've been 5-star but some annoyances included: 1. Garden hours are limited from 10a-930p per the signs...which may not be up to the hotel itself although you have "private" access...although you will see other tourists there. Peaceful space and worth the climb to the top for the views. So why did someone come in and interrupt my lovely moment at 7 pm and tell me to was still very light out and nothing was going on...ruined my time. 2. Multiple rooftop access rules...timing, weather, whatever...never was able to make it up there as a result. 3. Concierge hours are only from 8 to 8...are you kidding? 5-star hotels do not limit concierge hours...and when I went down at 7:15 pm to inquire about dinner there was a sign that no one was I went to the front desk and was told the concierge was on a dinner break. Give me a break! The concierge gets to go to dinner break 45 min before his hours end and I can't get dinner? I don't think I insisted and they found someone to help me. 4. The bathroom decor is a bit odd and out of character compared to the room...and only 1 sink...yes, these are personal preferences but it was not 5-star in my opinion. 5. Staff was a bit cold...may have been a cultural thing...but they should be trained otherwise. 6. You are provided with a free mobile phone with the room...but because of whatever there is absolutely no service in the room and I had to go out of the hotel to use it...kind of annoying. In summary, some easy fixes and this would be an easy 5-star rating.

Over the years we stayed in many good hotels. After spending at the hotel three days we feel that the Aria has surpassed them all. The staff was so courteous, warm, helpful, they all made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, very clean, decorated with such good taste, simply beautiful. One can hear a soft beautiful, romantic music in the background, so relaxing and pleasant. The bathrooms were gorgeous and spacious. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and the dinner at the roof restaurant called Coda was delicious. Service was A+ My wife & I recommend this hotel without hesitation, we simply loved it and it made our stay in Prague an unforgettable experience!

Everything was very nice. The hotel was very stately with a beautiful garden area. There was a bride getting pictures in the garden while we watched from an upstairs viewing area. The room was very nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed a very nice breakfast which was provided..
