Stayed here 4 nights on our first visit to Prague. Excellent location in Lesser Town. It’s a quick walk to the tram that takes you to Prague Castle. It’s less than 10 minute walk to iconic Charles Bridge that takes you over to Old Town. We liked Lesser Town because it has the Old Town atmosphere but a bit less touristy and crowded. Hotel breakfast consists of a menu with about 7 items with a rotating daily special supplemented by a buffet with fruit, cereal and meat. The rooftop terrace restaurant Coda has a breathtaking view at night and impeccable service. It is not to be missed but does book up. Staff are excellent. Very helpful front desk and concierge. They also honored a couple of special requests. Housekeeping was very good. Towels were fluffy and oversized. Mattress was too firm for our taste but pillows were nice. Suite was smaller than I expected and hall carpet looked a little stained. However this is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location with a staff who really aim for a perfect customer service. Lots of attention to detail made for a lovely stay and definitely recommend.

What an absolutely amazing hotel. From the minute you walk into the hotel you are greeted by friendly professional staff that are interested in ensuring your stay is perfect. Superbly located within an easy walk to Charles Bridge, the hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in this beautiful city. The rooms are well appointed with plenty of room with a couch and chairs to relax on. The staff that cleaned the room each day did a wonderful job. The rooftop Coda Restaurant is a must with tremendous views and an absolutely exquisite menu. The food was superb with a modern take on some classic dishes. The table staff enhanced the dining experience with their knowledge of the food and the wine and had a very engaging manner. Dinner on the rooftop is a fine dining experience not to be missed. Breakfast each day had a good variety and was well presented and fresh, again the staff were very accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience in a first class hotel that we will treasure for many years to come.

Our stay at Aria Hotel Prague was exceptional from start to finish. Communication before arrival was prompt and detailed—thank you, Michal, for making everything seamless. The hotel is well staffed, and every encounter was attentive, polite, and eager to assist. Henry at the concierge was a true delight. Our room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful luxuries, and even on the street side with frequent trams, it was perfectly quiet. The bed was outstanding with a down pillow-top mattress and soft linens. Housekeeping was thorough and thoughtful each day. Breakfast was incredible—an extensive buffet plus an à la carte menu with daily specials. The staff was attentive and eager to serve, making mornings a pleasure. Overall, our experience was truly 10+/10. Highly recommend!

The hotel is really lovely from the decorating inside to the gardens outside. The staff were lovely and breakfast very nice. The only issue was that the mattresses were very firm - much more than we are use too.

Just got back from a 3 night stay. What a beautiful hotel. Everything was just perfect. Staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a lovely bath and shower. The hotel was spotless throughout. We had a lovely plate of fruit left for us as we arrived late. The hotel location is lovely and quiet but just a short walk from the Charles bridge. Perfect place to stay for celebrating a special birthday, We will definitely return.
