My husband and I stayed in this hotel in September this year and were very impressed. The hotel has a music theme and we stayed in the Tchaikovsky Room - on the Classical floor. This overlooked a beautiful UNESCO classified garden. It is a small hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. This seemed quite genuine - unlike a lot of the staff at lager international chain hotels. The front desk staff greeted us by name, each time we walked past reception. On my birthday, we even found a beautiful cake from the hotel waiting in my room on our return from exploring gorgeous Prague! There is also a roof top bar that over looks Prague that was very nice. The location is excellent - easy, couple of minutes walk to Charles Bridge and other tourist spots. Highly recommend this one!

Location of this hotel is excellent. Situated on the castle side, the hotel is however close enough for a comfortable walk across the bridge to the busy old town. The main attraction of this hotel has to be the beautiful terraced garden at the back, which really took our breath away. The look out point awarded us a beautiful scenery of Prague, kodak worthy indeed. Service is excellent, the music themed rooms give each rooms characters. The food at buffet and dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. There was a disruption on its lift one night, and to make up for having to walk up 4 flights, the hotel compensated with 50% discount of room rate + free full 3 course dinner for two. The only complain which made me not give a full 5 star for the hotel was the not so good service by its roof top open air staff who was not a little rude and not keen to take our drinks order as they were about 20 minutes to closing time.

Great place to call home for a week in Prague, mostly because of amazing helpful staff. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, and staying in Mala Strana took us away from the main bustle of the touristy city in busy season without being too far.

Our family of six adults booked 3 suites in Aria at the tail end of our vacation to Czech Republic and Poland. (We stayed at the lovely Hotel Rott in the centrum at the start of the trip.) On the tail end we wanted to stay in the Castle Quarter west of the Charles Bridge, and this was the perfect spot. The Aria staff was very, very friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds were gorgeous (take time to walk around the gardens). We also enjoyed the wonderful afternoon tea service. Once again, the service was fantastic. The suites were all extremely comfortable and spacious, each with a theme, and with lovely views of the gardens. The only thing I would change is that our bathroom had an unusual sloped roof and it made the shower hard to get in and out of (and I'm a small person). The bathroom mirror was very high up on the sloped area of the wall, and I could not see my face in it (I am 5'3"). I've never stayed in a hotel where I was too short to see my face in the mirror. Nevertheless, we would stay there again for sure and look forward to staying the Aria Hotel in Budapest when we travel there.

Me and my husband stayed at Arial Hotel for two nights. From the moment we were welcomed till the time we departed everybody was very nice and nothing was ever a fuss for them. Location is really good and Charles Bridge is only a 5 minute walk. Nice room, comfortable and very clean. Special thanks to Henry for helping us organize our evenings and looking after us. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
