Tired hotel on the edge of the historic district with lots of tour groups and Viking cruise groups. We had a comfortable room with old furniture and good air conditioning. The front desk and management staff can use a little more training in customer service.

Had a lovely 5-night stay at this hotel; close enough to walk everywhere but without all of the noise. I stayed with my 20-year old son and the twin-bedded Executive Room was ample size. The beds are bigger than usual, so great for us; I’m 174cm and my son is183cm. We arrive late to a friendly welcome and one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. There is not a late bar (closes at 10:30) but prices are excellent for a hotel. The 2 men working the restaurant were lovely and got to know that we wanted drinks and a corner to read. We are on there on the last night and, again, great value and big portions. You are close to many restaurants and we only had one bad experience, having ate out twice each day (I don’t think I’ll be eating for a week but my son needed fodder for the miles we walked!)

What a great hotel. Right from the start, there was a friendly welcome, despite the late arrival, due to late plane into Prague. Easy to check in and the shown to our rooms. Both rooms were magnificent. Clean and fresh. Beds were really comfortable and a well stocked minibar, tea and coffee facility. The beds were turned down every night, with a small chocolate placed on the bed., which made it a nice touch. The hotel overall looked well looked after with no scuff marks and everything was clean and polished. Breakfast was a gastronomic feast with lots of new things to try, including the pickled sausage and cheese. Great stuff. The service was exceptional. Very efficient and all staff were very friendly and professional. The reception staff was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definetly stay here again if I come to Prague. Well done to one and all.

We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel ambiance was very good its suits Prag. We couldn’t try breakfast but smells so good. Services enough to all problems. Hotel located in center so you can go everywhere by walking. I suggest.

The checking-in process for our room had completely ruined our experience after arriving from a lovely Viking cruise.  The tall middle-aged lady with long dark hair who checked us in was rude and kept insisting that my partner and I take a room with two single beds and push the beds together and actually lied to us that there were no other rooms with a king bed were available. We had reserved a king bed prior to arrival, which the Viking representative had confirmed with a hotel acknowledged email. Only after the program director and host from the cruise stepped in to help us was the issue resolved.  The desk staff and that woman needs more customer service training to prevent similar poor customer experiences in the future. The issue was escalated to the Ops Manager (Mark), and he sent up a bottle of wine and some fruits.  We appreciated the gesture and passed along the wine to the Viking staff.  Also want to mention just how helpful the Viking team was throughout the process.  The hotel staff could learn a lesson or two from Tomas and his team.
