Grand historic hotel in beautiful Prague. We were travelling with our adult daughter but still the effort was made to have rooms close to each other. We were fortunate to be in Premium rooms in the historical wing which had a lot of space and beautifully maintained. The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk anywhere and close to station if going further afield. The staff were professional and so helpful and obliging. We had been communication with Yosif in Guest relations prior to arrival and he had given us great assistance with restaurant recommendations and organising airport transfer. Whilst there Anna also a great help with a day trip. The breakfast is one of the best we have had. The dining area is well laid out and such a lovely space and the variety and quality of food was exceptional. The staff every morning would welcome you warmly and would do anything to ensure you had a great start to the day. Thank you to all that made our stay in Prague so wonderful!

Without a doubt the best hotel my partner and I have ever stayed at. The service was beyond all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities were first class. The experience we had went above and beyond what would be expected in any hotel. You truly could not want any more. We will be back again. 10/10. Not to be missed. I can't say enough about the hotel. It has all the amenities we were looking for while being situated within walking distance of all the sights. The tram was available just across the street, too. We were able to access restaurants, shops, and Old Town. The breakfast buffet is stunning. So much food! And the pool! We swam each evening in the most beautiful indoor pool. It made our entire experience in Prague more wonderful!

I celebrated my degree graduation there. Everything was great, Yosif from Guest Relations was amazing. He prepared everything I asked for. We were at the Mlynec restaurant and he told them I was celebrating my graduation so I got a little surprise there too so he took care of that as well. Nidhal from the bellboys was so nice and polite too. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a large selection of food. The waiters were also so nice, especially Jana if I remember her name correctly.

Our first time in Prague and what a wonderful place to stay. The architecture is fantastic and super comfortable. On arrival the wonderful Anna at guest relations suggested we took a seat whilst waiting for a checkin desk to come free. She came to collect ourselves minutes later. The hotel is beautiful inside and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff had the time to assist us without any fuss. Cocktails in the bar area a must. Breakfast was again first class, a full self service option with speciality dishes prepared in the kitchen and brought out. Fizz with breakfast too. Will definitely return.
