We stayed at Hotel from 5th Dec - 8th Dec. Received a welcome complimentary drink on arrival. Our room 403 was spacious and comfortable and spotless. Breakfast from 07:00 had a good selection of hot and cold food and service was excellent. We used the Spa and Steam Room which was clean and very relaxing, huge bed was very comfortable. Staff were professional and very helpful. No issues with Wi-Fi I would stay here again, lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a good location for City centre and Xmas markets.

Would highly recommend this hotel we arrived after they arranged transport from airport, had a welcome drink free on arrival. The breakfast is superb with great variety, used restaurant on 1st night and had a lovely meal. The proximity to the castle only 5 minute walk to entrance was a surprise as it was not mentioned in hotel description, it was also easy to waik to all of the attractions. Didn't use the spa as there was so much to see around the city. The staff were always polite and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Thank you to everyone there for a great 4 night break.

Arrived at the hotel around 8.30pm and was met by Domonic who offered us a complimentary drink and gave us an overview of the hotel and the area. Very pleasant and helpful. We had booked a standard room which turned out to be one of several you access via the rear courtyard. Room was very clean and compact and we would have been happy to remain in there except for the constant noise of the trams which ran at both the back and front of the hotel. The following morning after a sleepless night we were able to move into a different room in the main building which was much quieter. Found all of the staff to be very helpful and polite, and the included breakfast was excellent. Hotel is situated very near to Prague Castle, and a short walk from the Charles Bridge - 15 minute walk from Old Town Square Recommend the hotel, but would advise any light sleeper to upgrade room for one inside the main building.

This hotel is a very nice, very well located boutique hotel. It's 3 short blocks from a metro stop, and right underneath the park Letenske Sady (don't miss the Metronome moving sculpture.) The included buffet breakfast was very good, had everything we wanted. The staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We stayed there our last 2 nights in Prague and used their car service to the airport--efficient, comfortable and cost-effective. We had NO noise at night, as others reported, and we are light sleepers. We stayed in the 'family efficiency' rooms' and it was quite spacious, and had everything we needed. Recommended. The ONLY drawback for us was that we would have loved to sit outside on the patio in the evening, but it had been commandeered by the smokers. Can't have everything.

Arrived back two days ago from a short honeymoon break for 3 nights at the Hotel Hoffmeister and Spa in Prague. What a lovely hotel, and such a surprise after being gifted the break as a wedding present that we were upgraded to a junior suite for no charge. The suite was amazing, with the best bathroom facilities that I have ever had the pleasure of using in a hotel. The jacuzzi bath was huge and for someone who is 6 ft 5 was such a change that I could relax properly when taking a bath. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating, especially those in Guest Relations who were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for sights to see. The location of the hotel is superb for those who want to see the sights of Prague, and is quite central and in easy walking distance of the main sights. Only ate at the hotel for breakfast, but this was very good and had a good options of food to eat. I cannot recommend the hotel any more highly, and we would love to stay there again if we ever visited Prague, which is such a beautiful city.
