We arrived just after 10 am and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was ready, I have to say that both Philippe on reception and Martin the concierge gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was on the 4th floor and was lovely with a large Queen bed, the only negative I would say is that the room was rather Bijou. We could not fault the housekeeping the bed linen and towels were changed daily, breakfast was excellent with a large selection of both hot and cold food with fantastic service, Valenka (I hope the spelling is correct) is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back to lovely Prague.

We stayed here for four nights . Reception was very welcoming. We went to our room which was on the fourth floor. Beautifully presented and the bathroom too . All the staff were very friendly. We walked around the building and was impressed with it all . The breakfast was good but could have been hotter . My only complaint was I had to ask for coffees. And I would have preferred to have been left a coffee pot on the table . But that's my own preference. Rooms turned down in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

An old house which has has been transformed into a real gem. The rooms are modern with great beds and a luxurious bathroom. We enjyoed, as a couple, a long week-end, and spend a good amount of time in the hotel. The restaurant and especially the terrace are fantastic. If you are lucky you will meet Miro, who is one of the most exceptional restaurant managers that I have encountered. A man from another era that makes you feel as if you are the only guest in this hotel. Everyone was extremly helpfull, its a AAA rating for the hotel team. The hotel is not in the center, but in the vincinity there are enough restaurants and bars. The area where the hotel is located is starting to become very hip, and there are plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars around. Big advantage is that you mix more with locals, rather than with touristis in the city centre. Spend that extra money on the hotel, its definately worth it!

Our room -- actually our rooms -- were enormous. the bathroom had two sinks and a bidet. That's VERY important. Breakfasts were incuded in the price and were magnificent. The staff was very helpful, and the maids were fast and efficient. And I loved the le Corbusier art everywhere in the hotel. No complaints

Excellent service and lovely rooms in this recently renovated "Palace" located in a residential district that is conveniently close to the city center. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk that are frequented more by locals than tourists.
