Very nice hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is close enough to walk to some of the attractions and there are several restaurants nearby. The included breakfast was a very nice spread that included champagne. It was the exact same each day, so I would have preferred they change it up a little each day. The reception desk was very helpful, especially Tereza and two gentlemen who I believe were bell staff. I'm sorry I did not get their names. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return myself.

Very welcomed administration, Beautiful lobby with an awesome bar. The stuff is very sweet and willing to help you with almost anything. Rooms are bright and the most i liked is a floor in bathroom which has heated floors. Definitely recommend

Dined here with family and really loved the restaurant especially our wonderful waiter Miroslav Hudek. He was really amazing nothing too much trouble, I am a coeliac and when I told him he went into the kitchen and 15 minutes later came out with fresh GF bread rolls, also they modified a dessert so I could have a dessert. Miroslav was entertaining and attentive. Really made a pleasant evening even more enjoyable.

Luxurious hotel in quiet location, not far from town & places of interest. Room was lovely & service was excellent throughout stay. Unfortunately, some clothing items were left behind & when hotel was contacted by e-mail & phone, was informed that nothing was found. Very disappointed with the lack of concern - as if I was being doubted! [email protected]

Our room and bathroom were very spacious and well equipped, facilities all round were very good, breakfast and cleanliness was excellent. It is a quiet location but close to tram stops and only 15 minutes from Wenceslas Square.
