Though it is a bit far from the old town and the more popular attractions, the hotel has a charm of its own. The reception may seem cold, but the staff are very warm and friendly and the rooms are good.

A very beautiful, elegant hotel. Very tastefully decorated. Has just been refurbished in the Belle Époque style. An added touch in the lovely bathroom, was the L' ocitane toiletries.Very quiet hotel away from the city centre, but easily accessible by tram which runs both to the castle and the Charles bridge. Staff friendly and helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, and the outside patio was lovely on a sunny morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the meal was delicious.

It is an amazing hotel with a distinguished style and polite staff. There you can enjoy the atmosphere of calmness and cosiness. I would advice everyone to stay there. It will make your trip to Prague well-remembered:)

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed it very much. The hotel has a small boutique feel about with lots of elegant touches. It is in a quite residential area not far from the city centre but with bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly which is what you expect from a 5star hotel. Lots of attention to detail in the rooms like a nightly turn down service (which most hotels don't do anymore) - heated floor in the bathroom and transport to and from the airport. On the downside - the room we had was a little small but still comfortable and very clean - we had to ask for cups and saucers twice that hadn't been returned to the room after cleaning. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again if we return to Prague.

This hotel was great. It has lots of art displayed in all places of the hotel. The breakfast was good and a little over standard. The staff were very accommodating to all needs. It was allowed to smoke indoors in a beautiful library of old interior. You could not notice that someone had smoked there the day before as there was very good airing. It was a short way to the tram which went straight to the city center and another that went straight to the top of the castle. It cost about 60, - NOK for two persons and 24 hour tickets. A quiet area without noise and a nice patio you could enjoy the sun without people and traffic. This hotel is certainly recommended both with and without children. We stayed in a junior suite.
