We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our first visit to Prague. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The décor and overall ambience of the hotel was fantastic. The food at breakfast was very good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. The location was good with nearby transport links to all the major attractions. The rooms were well appointed and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Le Palais Art Hotel in Prague was a great place to stay. Relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff at the front desk, very good breakfasts to start the day. Five minutes by tram from the main attractions in a very nice neighborhood. We'd go back on our next trip to Prague, no doubt.

This is, particularly due to that mentioned in the review's title, a lovely hotel that I would recommend to young/healthy people visiting Prague. The reason why I believe this hotel isn't entirely suitable for all people, particularly those who struggle to walk long distances, is its location - there is a notable walk in to the city centre (roughly 2km). There are some tram routes in close proximity to the hotel that may be of some use, number 23 and 6. Nevertheless, the hotel is delightful and the service staff are very helpful, particularly those in the breakfast waiting team. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms very grand. The bacon is a highlight, as are the waffles and syrup. If there is something that isn't on the cold/hot buffet, don't hesitate to ask as the hotel seemed to fulfil all requests asked of them. Warning: be prepared to tip the porters, they actively expect (and in my situation asked) to receive something after taking your luggage to your room. If you don't want to feel awkward or be put in this situation carry your own bags; I would, with hindsight, have taken the bags myself. The spa is pleasant, particularly the steam room and sauna, but the plunge pool/jacuzzi not overly luxurious. Similarly, in comparison to prices across Prague, the services are expensive.

Well located for the major sights of Prague. Just a short walk (20 minutes). Beautiful hotel, well maintained and everything you hope for in a 5 star hotel. The spa was quiet and spacious. I would certainly return.
