After a thoughtful restoration it now showcases magnificent frescoes by one of its own creators, celebrated bohemian painter Luděk Marold. Clean and professional hotel, including a friendly staff with all the amenities offered at a Ritz-Carlton for a great price! The staff was a great help and did the most to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Our main reason for this review was because our room was a standard queen, it was nice but the AC had broken down in the June heat. We asked for a fan or a technician and instead they upgraded us to a deluxe king room with a great view at no extra charge! Even offering free drink tickets. Really just an honest and courteous organization and wouldn’t recommended any other hotel in Prague. Thanks.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague from 12th to 18th May 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a more enriching and delightful experience. Property is a beautiful blend of classic architecture and curated art. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, ensuring comfort every day. Breakfast was a daily treat — with fresh produce, great coffee, and attentive service, especially seating arrangements outside in the open was a morning delight. The location is ideal — a short distance away from the Old Town, yet blissfully peaceful and away from the tourist hustle. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, helping us with recommendations and local guidance, including provision of packed breakfast since we left on 18th May 2025, at 5.25 AM to catch train to Warsaw.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good stay. Pros: -Friendly and helpful staff -Our room had great view -Quiet part of town but still walkable to old town - about 30 mins walk or you -can get a tram to anywhere you wanna go easily in the area -The gym is a good one. It’s not the usual hotel “gym” which has one treadmill and one set of dumbbells on the floor. Cons: - Probably some more vegan options for breakfast would be nice. It was great they had oat milk but maybe some healthy oats, more fruits and some hot grilled veggies would be nice. Overall great stay. Thank you :-)

There are alot if things that are a bit poorly managed considering it calls itself a five star hotel but the biggest issue is that there seems to be something wrong with the plumbing that makes some of the rooms smell like a sewer. Really disgusting. We moved once and then they claimed they had no other rooms. We had to sleep with open windows.

A thoroughly lovely hotel with polite friendly staff. Comfortable room. A great location close enough to walk (there is a tram 100 years from the hotel) to all things to see in Prague. Breakfast had good choice, however the hot food was only lukewarm and you had to pretty much make your own coffee which is a bit of a let down for a 5 star establishment. I would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends. Thank you Le Palais Art.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Palais. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived and were upgraded to a fabulous suite. It is one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We also felt that Martin went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He recommended wonderful restaurants and was quite helpful in many ways. He really ran the front desk like a seasoned professional.

The service from everyone we encountered at the hotel - guest relations manager, reception, doormen, concierge, bellmen, waiters, spa - was absolutely impeccable. After touring Prague and popping into other hotels, we were thrilled that we selected Le Palais.

I stayed at Le Palais in August and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was world class, the rooms were great and the common areas were a great place to relax. The view from the restaurant and library at the back of the hotel is wonderful - the hotel is tucked into the corner of a side street, so there is no road behind the hotel, just a great view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague.

We just got back from Le Palais and we had an amazing experience. The hotel and our room was beautiful and every member of the staff lived up to the world-class rating. They did everything they could to make our trip so memorable, from upgrading our room to an amazing suite, arranging dinners, helping with rental cars, tracking down lost airline baggage, food service, spa service and helping us find a replacement camera that was damaged. We've never had better service and they always had a smile on their face. Our room's view was wonderful, with the hotel on a ledge overlooking the other side of Prague there was little traffic. It was a quick ride to downtown from here although we walked the majority of the time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague.
