The hotel is a litle bit far from downtown but there the public Transport or taxis are convenient. Services, cleaniness and breakfast were excellent. Value for Money for a hotel that is just not in the center of prague. Very nice pool and immediate response to a Health problem that we have encountered. We would definitevely recommend it.

I have recently traveled to this hotel and all in all the experience was not bad, apart from the cold customer care. The problem came when I checked my credit card: they made me a pre authorization that was NEVER canceled after the actual payment. They charged me the doubled amount. Furthermore, when I noticed it I kindly reported to the hotel and the reply was ice cold. No reply to my email at all, and quick and cold answer at the phone, nobody apologized. I have been waiting a month but haven’t seen my money yet. Not suggested at all.

The hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the main square which suited us just fine. Close enough to the Christmas Market and restaurants but far enough away from the city noise. The hotel was very good, nice rooms, decent WiFi, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.i would certainly return to this hotel if ever back in Prague.

We were at Le Palais for a conference and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere around Christmas time. This hotel is visually pleasing, highly atmospheric and with its cosy public areas and the library it appeals to an artsy, intellectual crowd. The only small downside is the location, relatively far outside Prague's old town (if walking by foot).
