Grace Bay Club

This was our 14 consecutive year vacationing at GBC (11 years for 1 week, 1 year for 10 days and 2 years for 2 weeks). It hasn't lost its charm.

A significant issue with this hotel necessitates immediate attention. During our family’s six-day stay, I was subjected to an unpleasant and offensive odor that persisted until early morning hours. This odor was so strong that it prevented me from falling back asleep. Initially, my wife and I suspected that the toilet in our bedroom was experiencing a backup. Upon inquiring at the front desk following the first incident, I was informed that the hotel’s foliage is watered with sewage as a means of conserving clean drinking water. Our room was located on the second floor of Building E, which is situated furthest from the reception area. This was our second consecutive stay at the Grace Bay Club, and during our previous stay, our family did not encounter this distressing situation. This may be attributed to our room being on a higher floor on the opposite side of the hotel in Building A. The odor is exceptionally unbearable. I am compelled to write this review to caution potential guests to exercise caution when considering accommodations during their vacations in Turks and Caicos.

The resort is an amazing place. A perfect break from winter weather. Antonio was a great resource on the property and went above and beyond in his responsiveness to questions and requests and made consistently good recommendations on things to do. Bertha in housekeeping did a fantastic job each day making sure the room was immaculate.

Antonio was amazing as our concierge. The grace bay staff is very wonderful- much more involved than the other hotels we’ve stayed at. We loved the food, beaches and pools. The staff sets this hotel apart.

The beachfront location provides a stunning natural backdrop for an exceptional experience. Accommodations offer magnificent rooms, elegantly furnished and boasting water views. Our dedicated concierge, Antonio, attended to our every need. . Buffet breakfast was beyond amazing and Infiniti restaurant provided an intimate setting with great seafood .
