Grace Bay Club

We have been to Turks and Caicos many times but this was our first time staying at Grace Bay Club. Overall, our experience was truly memorable, driven in large part by the exceptional level of service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to our dedicated concierges, Antonio and Trey, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. The highlight for us was the beach, which is absolutely stunning - pristine, calm, and exactly what you hope for in Turks and Caicos. While the resort was busy during our stay, we appreciated that we did not have to get up early to fight for chairs on the beach. A special shout out to the beach and water sport staff for setting us up each day for fun in the sun and for sailing on the Hobie Cat. As wonderful as the experience was, one area of opportunity is with the rooms. While spacious and comfortable, our suite in the adults only building did not reflect the high-end feel you expect from a luxury resort. The furniture, in particular, felt undersized for the space and lacked the quality seen throughout the rest of the property. Overall, we had a terrific stay and look forward to returning again.

This is our 5th stay at Grace Bay Club. It is our favorite (tried a few others) and "go to" hotel. We love the vibe & service & that it is not huge. Drinks at the lounge, dining at Infiniti--both great. We stay in the adults-only hotel portion--quiet, beautiful & spacious sea view room. The recent renovations came out beautifully. Love the addition of the record player and albums in the room. The personal concierge service is top quality. Service at your fingertips for anything you need: reservations, taxis, car rental-you name it. Trey & Antonio were both FANTASTIC. Moses, Fitz & Yves took great care of us on the beach and at the pool. And Garth & Andre bring the fun at the beach bar/restaurant on site. To us, Grace Bay Club is like coming home and we can't wait to return!

This was our 3rd trip to Grace Bay Club and we love this resort! Trey and Antonio were our dedicated concierge team and they took fabulous care of us, delivering on every request and providing surprises throughout our stay. Our suite in the adult-only hotel was impeccable and the views were stunning. The entire resort team- Garth at Off Shore and Lucy at Infiniti Bar, David at the yoga studio, the massage therapists, the pool attendants, breakfast servers, front office staff and housekeepers- were all warm and friendly and ensured we had a memorable experience. And BRAVO to the culinary team- all of our meals were delicious. We can’t wait to come back for our next visit and highly recommend to all!

Amazing time at the Grace Bay Club. Andre and Garth at the Offshore Bar made it feel like home away from home! Cant wait to go back.

I am shocked by the lack of hospitality at this property. Upon arrival, our family of five was forced to sit outside in the direct sun for over 20 minutes before the staff even began the check-in process. Not once were we offered water or a beverage while we waited. The poor service continued at the pool and beach. The staff was consistently unhelpful and seemed solely motivated by tips rather than providing a high-quality guest experience. For the price point, the "service" is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to families.
