Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

Michael was the best my friends and i love him so much that we will book for Christmas and every birthday of next year. Ive handed his business cards over to maybe 5/6 friends and I’ve even showed them the pictures and they’re in love.

I spent the week for my 60th Birthday with a friend and my adult children and their significant others in a 3 Bedroom suite. The room was beautiful, spacious and we had so much fun being all together. Our concierges were attentive and helpful. The beach is gorgeous and the entire staff at Grace Bay went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. We also had 2 of our 5 dinners at Infinity because the food and ambiance is that good! I have to give a special shout out to the following people, who really went above and beyond for us: Our Concierges, Austen and Ramsey, Pool bartenders Freddy and Lewis, The Grill servers Joanie and Stanley, beach attendants and staff, Hugaye, Chris and Greg, and last but definitely not least, Offshore bartender and server, Garth. Thank you to everyone for the best Birthday ever! I do have to say, however, that we had an upsetting experience with housekeeping: on our departure day, housekeeping was literally banging at our door at 10:58am (check out is 11am), insisting they come in immediately to clean. I understand the room was turning over that day, however, we asked for FIVE minutes to just check the room and close up suitcases. There were 6 of us in our group, and 4 had already vacated and left their bags outside the door. Housekeeping banged on the door again and then proceeded to barge in the room with two carts and literally blocked us from the main part of the suite. We asked if they could please start in my kids' rooms and the kitchen/living room area as these rooms had been vacated. Instead, one of the housekeepers barged into my room, where my friend and I were still zipping our suitcases and doing a final check. She immediately went to the bathroom, took my friend's things off the counter next to the sink, and threw her stuff on the bed so that she could start in our bathroom-even though we reminded her that my kids rooms and bathrooms were empty (as was the kitchen and living room). This made me stressed and anxious as they rushed us out of the room. I literally forgot a few things in the kitchen for my flight because they were so aggressive with us. I immediately complained to our concierge and the front desk: everyone was understanding and supportive, but it was not the way to be treated, especially given that we were a large group and spent ALOT to be there. It definitely left a black spot on our trip, but overall Grace Bay Club is a wonderful place to stay!

If you’re debating between hotels trust me it’s the GBC that you want! Exceptional in every regard but what stood out the most for us was the people and the warm friendliness everywhere. We’ve been to many islands and many wonderful boutique hotels but GBC stands out for some of the finest people you will meet. While a top hotel you will not get any hoity-toity business if you know what I mean. And that is exactly what we want, a refined yet relaxed place to enjoy our holiday. The managing director Jonothan was a very unassuming man we bumped into a lot on property and he really runs the place well. Super nice guy and at first we thought he was one of the guests just because of his relaxed and warm demeanour. Loved chatting with him as he’s a very interesting individual who’s well travelled. Antonio and Trey were our personal concierge and they consistently were there for us - super responsive to our requests and needs and just made life easy for us. The infinity restaurant on site is a happening place, especially on weekends. Great food, great staff. I also highly recommend Marine Room, Grace’s Cottage Restaurant, Vita Rock House (go to Cave Bar first for sunset and music on Thursdays), and Coco Cafe for dinners. I’ve been requested to make a review and I’m doing it out of appreciation for the team at GBC but actually I prefer no one knows about it so that the island can maintain its special charm. Lol

Just wonderful here and really a superb property and one of the finest beaches in the world. From the moment you arrive you are treated so very well and was superb having your own concierge (Antonio and Trey) everything you ask them is done for you. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished 2 TVs kitchen area and fully equipped Grounds here are stunning and well looked after and plenty of room around the pools here. But what make it extra special is turquoise sea and velvet sand. We will be back the best Caribbean island we have visited so far .

I had the opportunity of enjoying 3 Pilate Classes with Lucia. What an energetic , personable instructor. She knows her stuff, and applies it so everyone in the class feels capable and included. The pace of the class was enjoyable and her stretch holding felt great!
