Grace Bay Club

This is our favorite hotel by far in Turks and Caicos. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The service, the facilities, the accommodations were all at the highest level. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful setting with terrific collection of small restaurants on site. Immaculately maintained. Our suite was exceptionally large, including the living room and washer and dryer with an ocean view and a nice patio. The staff was exemplary. Everybody was extremely kind, helpful and eager to please. We took full use of the Concierge with Trey and Antonio, who were wonderful and coordinating activities, rides parentheses there is no Uber on the island)and dinner reservations.

No better staff in the Caribbean than the old friends at Grace Bay Club. Exceptional in every way. We feel like family on every visit (this was our 14th visit).

My family and I had a wonderful 8 days at Grace Bay Club for Spring Break. The room was spacious and kept immaculately, the staff was very friendly, the food on property was very good as well. Our hosts were Tiffany, Narvy, and Godfrey and they were all so wonderful and helpful during our stay. They helped with reservations for both our daily activities and our dinners on and off property. We had such a memorable experience that we are already planning our return.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Turks and Caicos when you want to feel like you’re at your own club resort without the crowds and tacky tourists. The property, the restaurants, the beach, and the food are of course 5-star, but what really makes this place are the entire resort staff that become your family, and especially the personal concierge service. Our personal concierges were Antonio and Trey who made our every wish their command, even searching the whole island, in horrible weather, the entire day to find my dad his favorite type of cigar. I will say there is absolutely no food available between 10:30-12 despite having so many restaurants and supposedly in room dining, but we cannot wait to return! A slice of heaven in what is already the paradise of Grace Bay, T.C.I!
