Grace Bay Club

Our nine-day family vacation at Grace Bay Club was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The property, the crystal-clear water, the beautiful accommodations, and the exceptional dining were all beyond our expectations—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the extraordinary level of service and genuine kindness we received. A very special thank-you to Jay Etienne from the Pre-Arrival Concierge Team. Jay took care of every detail before our arrival, including airport transportation, excursion planning, and dinner reservations at the most amazing restaurants. Everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to simply arrive, relax, and enjoy our vacation. Jay’s warmth, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and consistent communication truly stood out. He made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire planning process and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going beautifully. That level of personal attention is incredibly special and should not be overlooked. Every member of the Grace Bay Club team we encountered was kind, welcoming, and eager to make our stay memorable. We returned home with the most beautiful family memories and were completely blown away by the entire experience. Thank you, Jay, and thank you to everyone at Grace Bay Club. This was our first visit to T&C and Grace Bay was fantastic. Great beaches, pools, restaurants, and rooms. The best part however was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was top notch. The resort connects you with a personal concierge team that assists you throughout your stay. We had the pleasure of having Narvy and Bruce assist us and they were fantastic and made our trip even better than we expected! We also had the great servers - Judy at dinner and Elmina at breakfast were the best! Around the pool Royalton and Yves were outstanding!

First time staying at Grace Bay Club and had a wonderful time. Much more private than the Ritz where I stayed on my last trip. I was on a girls trip this time with a friend and we were very happy with the service and accommodations. We also did yoga and played tennis. The instructors were excellent and the resort was not crowded at all so we were able to do last minute tennis lessons. Highly recommend Matus who made the lesson very fun and energized which we needed after eating and drinking all weekend! Weather was also nice and not as hot as I expected it would be in July.

What a wonderful hotel ! Location perfect , beach just amazing ! All the staff were so friendly , happy , accommodating and efficient . Very comfortable rooms . Restaurants all really good . Cocktails by the pool delicious ! Antonio and Tiffany were both excellent concierge staff who looked after us very well - Thankyou !
