BEST VACATION EVER! The Grace Bay Club, and everyone that works there, made celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and unbelievable experience. The level of service at this resort is beyond anything we’d experience. We are regular travelers who stay at 8-10 hotels/resorts a year. None of them are coming anywhere close to Grade Bay Club. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and go out of their way to support you. The property was gorgeous, and the rooms were incredible value for the money (we stayed in a one bedroom suite). I will 100% be coming back.

Grace Bay Club was fantastic! From the service to the beach, our experience could not have been better. Our concierge team of Narvy, Antonio and Tiffany were exceptional and made the week seamless and relaxing! Breakfast was a treat morning with the team led by Beatrice (iced lattes on point :))! 10 out of 10 experience and can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful time at Grace Bay Club. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The accommodations were excellent—our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff made us feel welcome, and every detail was handled with care. I highly recommend Grace Bay Club to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We will definitely be visiting again!

My husband and I absolutely love Grace Bay Club—it truly feels like home every time we visit. Pauline has a gift for making guests feel like part of the family. She, along with the rest of the incredible staff, goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels cared for. With every interaction with an employee, you will get a passing smile or a warm greeting. And I mean this starts from check-in to check-out….breakfast (it’s killing me that I’m blanking on our waitresses name), Mr. Albert at security, Lewis by the pool bar, Moses by the beach, and Jean & Gina at the Infiniti bar. The employees are just top notch. We’ve been to Grace Bay three times now (four if you count us returning the same day we checked out due to multiple flight delays). We’ve enjoyed every time we’ve visited, but on this specific trip, we were especially impressed with their new Beverage Manager/Mixologist, João. I cannot express enough how he has truly elevated the experience in such a remarkable way. Not only is his customer service flawless—attentive, genuine, and professional—but he has a way of making every guest feel like the most important person in the room. His cocktails are a work of art: creative, perfectly balanced, and some of the most delicious we’ve had. (And for the record—this is coming from someone who was a huge fan of the classic rum punch welcome drink at Grace Bay. By the end of my stay, João had completely won me over with one of his own creations. Do yourself a favor and ask for a Lazarus Picante). Beyond his skill behind the bar, João brings an energy and sophistication that makes the entire atmosphere more vibrant and memorable. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in every single drink and every single interaction. Every time we visit Turks and Caicos, you can find us at Grace Bay Club. They continue to set the standard, and with the staff’s unmatched hospitality, and João’s extraordinary talent leading the bar, it’s better than ever. Highly recommend staying here!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Grace Bay Club for my boyfriend’s birthday, and they truly did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A huge thank you to Beatrice, Joel, Patrick, and Freddie, who made our experience even more memorable with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel not just like guests, but like family. Grace Bay Club is a perfect mix of luxury and comfort, and we can’t wait to come back!
