Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

The location is perfect, the beach is pristine, ice blue water and see to the bottom, clean without seaweed, water temperature is cool, easy to jump into, sand is like powder. Plenty of chairs and cabana to choose from. The beach staffs Yves and Fritze are so friendly and helpful to set up your chairs and share local recommendations. The resort is fully staffed, service is very attentive. I want to give a shout out to Tiffany and Navy who went above and beyond to make us feel like home. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

This review is for tennis specifically! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matus, the tennis pro at Grace Bay Club, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. In just one hour, I gained so many practical, memorable takeaways. His cues are crystal clear, his energy is fantastic, and he kept me moving with thoughtful, well-timed adjustments that immediately made a difference in my strokes. Matus helped refine my forehand in a way that will absolutely stay with me back in Atlanta, and in that single session we covered everything — forehands, serves, volleys, and overheads — without anything ever feeling rushed. His coaching blends technical precision with positivity and encouragement, which makes the entire experience both effective and fun. If you’re staying at Grace Bay Club, make it a priority to book a session (or several!) with Matus. He’s professional, engaging, and a true asset to the resort. He can also arrange group lessons and clinics, which I’ll certainly do on my next visit. Go see Matus — you will be so glad you did.

I played tennis with Coach Matus every morning and it was the highlight of my trip! He is very kind and encouraging and made the experience very fun. He is also very skilled and gave me excellent advice on my game. I would recommend anyone who is interested in learning tennis or just playing for fun to work with him!

Matus was awesome! My sister and I joined the complimentary group tennis lesson he offers at Grace Bay and loved it so much that we immediately booked another session with him. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. He makes the lesson fun while still giving clear, helpful feedback. Highly recommend taking a tennis lesson with him!!! 😁

Pickup: Was chaotic & a wait although it was pre arranged. Had given the exact no. of luggage & people but we were asked to squeeze into one car & then rearrange into another guest (also on our flight)’s SUVs. Welcome at reception: Out flight was delayed so we reached in the evening. Reception was chaotic too. The drinks given were nice however. Rooms: We had a 3 bedroom suite, spacious & clean & with lovely La O’ccitane toiletries. (Carry your own conditioner as the conditioner smells really bad). One had a beautiful view of the sea, second a somewhat partial & both the second & third bedroom had busy areas next to the windows because of which the blinds had to be kept drawn. We paid a crazy amount for our stay so double chk about the rooms. Two of the rooms/ suite had pretty porches in front with views of the sea. Room service & turndown: Great! No shortage of products or towels. Infinity pool & Beach: Nice adult pool & pool area. Easy to get loungers. Service is a bit slow. The calm water of the sea with silky sandy bed was amazing. Slightly cooler than the other Caribbean islands (in Nov) but very pleasant. The clean beach is not just long but wide too & it’s a walk from the loungers to the sea. Plenty of loungers & cabanas which they set up for you easily, but they are somewhat close to each other. Beach service is slow. Moses at the beach was efficient & a trooper! Bar: Good selection & Gina always has a smile for the guests & goes out of her way to make special drinks & smoothies. Breakfast: Area is small & crowded not what we are used to so this was bit of a shock. Buffet selection is okay. You can order food too, not a huge selection. Elmaine made each day special for us with her spirit & efficiency. The Grill: Nice food selection, well prepared too. Sous chef Sagar is awesome & we enjoyed the theme nights. Has a quiet charm in the evening although it’s the same place where breakfast is served. Less crowded. Have to mention Lavoud here who was awesome! Infinity: Good selection of food. Try both the regular menu & the bar menu for variety. Compliments to executive chef Frank. Tea time: great selection of pastries & delicious too. But the tea time staff is very laid back, people have to repeatedly ask for plates, mugs, hot water. Takes time for the refills. Concierge: strictly my opinion - a group of untrained people with basic skills, even on communication. In room dining: Good but takes time to deliver. Spa: Loved it! Skilled therapists. Overall: if you need late checkouts even by 45 mins or an hour be very careful. I had requested much before our arrival but we were stuffed into a tiny room for the hour where there was not even space for the entire group to sit, one member being very unwell. The back porch to the room had a broken corona bottle on the floor. I believe that the resort is run by the lower level management & the top management is clueless as to what is going on. If anyone reads my reviews about other hotels & resorts, almost all have been exceptional stays & exceptional stays The value & money does not match at Grace Bay. It’s okay for a Mariott experience.

My wife and I just returned from the Grace Bay Club in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was a most wonderful experience!
