We just returned from our trip to the Grace Bay Club and it was amazing. We traveled with my parents and our 9 month old baby and everyone had a wonderful time! It is a very family friendly place but also appropriate for couples and we met people on their honeymoon as well. Our personal concierge Godfrey was outstanding and everyone who worked at the hotel was so friendly. Highly recommend the restaurant Infiniti that is on site. All the food on the entire island was delicious!! We truly can't wait to go back.

The service at Grace Bay Club was second to none. We had a sickness the first few days and our concierge team of Ramsey and Antonia catered to our every need. They checked on us throughout the day and they even went as far as to deliver plenty of fluids and any supplies we needed. They seemed genuinely happy when we recovered! The service and amenities here cannot be beat and it’s a shining example of a truly exemplary resort!

We spent a few days at Grace Bay Club. It lived up to all the wonderful reviews. The rooms were large, clean, well maintained and well appointed. We had easy access to the beach, chairs on the beach, and the restaurants. The adults only pool was directly in front of our room and always looked quiet and relaxing. Of course we spent the majority of our time on the beach. Water is clear and waves lap the beach softly. Beach service was available and service was good. Now for the greatest impression, it was the STAFF at Grace Bay. Starting with our welcome. Our butlers Narvy and Fitzroy were very attentive, accommodating, and available to answer all questions. They even accomplished the impossible, which was arrange a reservation for my birthday at a restaurant even the amex platinum concierge was unable to secure. Next was the team at The Grill. We never had to wait for a table. the service was prompt and efficient. Sandra was our server twice and she ensured my very specific omelet order came out exactly as requested. Narvy and/or Fitzroy always located us at breakfast to say hello and ask how they could help with our plans for the day. Last but not least was the bar team at Infinity restaurant. Joel made our trip! Not only does he make the best pain killer (after Gertrude on Jost Van Dyke) but his rum old fashion is spectacular, his Turks Water was as blue as the ocean and his service was top notch. Even when the bar was busy, he made sure his customer's drinks were quickly replenished and so were the bar snacks. His entire bar team was customer focused. Loubens Erilien was also providing top notch service , making sure my husband had plenty of ice cold I-Ain-Ga-Lie (aka Angalee hahaha) - which is the TCI beer. Kudos to the management at GBC for obviously taking great care of their team members. When the team members are happy, that transfers to the customers. We were sad to leave, but we're also looking forward to our return! while there are many options on TCI - we can't imagine staying anywhere else but GBC!

We were so excited to visit where we honeymooned 12 years ago! Unfortunately, Grace Bay Club quickly let us down. From the moment we arrived, we were told to sit down and wait for someone to come to us to check us in. We were then told our room was not ready. We were told by Berg who checked us in that we were on the 3rd floor, then 10 minutes later proceeded to tell us he had it wrong and we were on the lower level which the view was completely blocked. We paid extra to stay in the adults only building, but then found out that is the only building not renovated. We asked if we could be in a renovated room and he just straight said no. Service on the beach is seriously the worst I have ever seen. You have to chase down someone to set your chairs up, and if you do finally get someone, they will throw towels on your chair. Getting a drink on the beach is nearly impossible… seems like staff didn’t want our money. Food at the resort was sub par. Infiniti ambiance can’t be beat but food is bland and boring. Not to mention expensive…. Honestly food in general in Turks and Caicos wasn’t good except the breakfast. This resort is NOT 5 star. No “extras”. No one walking around trying to enhance your stay, no amenities at turndown, no mats by your bed etc. nothing out of the ordinary. We have stayed in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world and this one is not even close to 5 star. We will not be back.

Grace Bay Club was top notch! From the service to the beautiful property, it made my 40th birthday perfect! Beatrice greeted us every morning with a smile on her face and remembered small details throughout the week. She is a true gem to Grace Bay Club! Yves at the pool was on the spot with whatever we needed. He went above and beyond. Kevin helped my boyfriend on the Hobie Cat and was friendly and gracious. We will be back!
