Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

Grace Bay Club is a 4 star (or, on some days, a 3.5 star) resort at best that charges 5 star prices. We stayed in a 4 bedroom unit on the Estate side of the property. The positives are: great location; world class beach; unit was spacious with very good amenities; gym is above average (and includes 2 Pelotons); and the main restaurant (Infiniti) is very good. The negatives are: inconsistent service (our concierge team of Fredna and Fitz were very attentive and responsive (especially on WhatsApp); Christopher at The Grill was also fantastic but the service provided by the rest of the staff throughout the property was uneven; many seemed to wish they were anywhere but at work and it was hard to get service from the beach chairs); free-for-all for chairs at the pool and beach (many guests put their belongings on a chair early in the AM and never show up to actually use their chairs) with demand far exceeding supply during festive season; lots of mosquitoes everywhere including in the room; foul sulphur like smell on grounds from the use of reclaimed water to water the grass and bushes (smell was so bad that we could not enjoy the pool we had on our lanai for our unit nor even the lanai itself); spotty Wi Fi network that was often overwhelmed by guest usage during peak hours; food options outside of Infiniti are average; and 10-night minimum during festive season. It is also very expensive but I know that is hard to avoid during the holiday week. I don't know if there are better options on Grace Bay Beach (Wymara which has 2 great restaurants (Indigo and Blue Water Grill) looks pretty nice) but as we think about festive season in 2026, returning to GBC is not our first choice.

We had the most amazing stay at Grace Bay Club! My husband and I went to GBC for our 10-year anniversary. We took a lot of time and research to decide on our resort, and GBC seemed to fit our needs (romantic, private feel, attentive staff, location, etc.), and our expectations were beyond met! We stayed in the estate side of the resort, which we also researched and were very happy with. Having a pool and additional bar (with Andre, the greatest bartender who always had a smile and a drink ready for us) specifically for estate guests was a huge plus. Amado was also a pool/ beach attendant who was a friendly face, always looking out for us, too. There is an adult only pool at the resort, but we ultimately stayed at the estate pool as it was closest to our room and we loved the bar there. Grace Bay in general had the most beautiful view, waters, and temperature, etc. Literally paradise! Another wonderful staff was Kevin. He was the attendant over the water activities (we did kayaking and the small sailboats). He was such a genuinely nice guy, also made the trip special and you can tell really enjoys helping guests to have a good time on the water, while making sure they're safe and understanding of how to use the equipment. Breakfast was included at GBC. It was definitely a highlight of the trip! All that you could think of for breakfast at their buffet, super health-conscious options, and options for fresh omelets, eggs benedicts to order, waffles and pancakes to order, fresh squeezed juices. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were the sweetest! Beatrice made our trip…she even remembered our anniversary and made it so special that morning. There were several families at the resort, some with kids who were misbehaved at the pool, but the space is big enough to get more private and quiet time (for couples). Having kids at the resort I would say was the only negative; and not just young kids, there were many families there with high school and college aged kids, who also would group up and take over some spaces, which is what we were able to avoid (and wanted to prior to coming). So while there were a few moments of annoyance, we knew this would be the case if we did not stay at an adults-only resort (but the only adults only resorts on Grace Bay are not well rated). So it's definitely a trade off! We will be back, it was a magical trip.

We had a wonderful time at Grace Bay Club. The resort was incredibly peaceful and calm, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. I also had the best massage of my life with Putu. If you are able to book with her, you absolutely will not regret it. I get massages very regularly, about once a month, and hers was by far the best I have ever had. She made my back feel light years better and has such a warm, sweet presence. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely restored. Highly recommend both the resort and booking a massage with Putu. It was an amazing experience.

My husband & I did extensive research for our special 10th wedding anniversary trip on where to stay on Grace Bay. I could save everyone the hassle of the research by saying, look no further than Grace Bay Club. The grounds and the rooms are top notch. Updated, clean, natural and inviting. If you are looking for a 5 star experience with a chic vibe, this is it. On top of the accommodations, the staff is fantastic. My husband & I left with the feeling for a quick return just so we could see the friends we made amongst the staff. A special shout out to our concierge team, Antonio, Narvy and Tiffany. There was someone available at all times, with just a text message for anything we needed, executed with a smile. Also a shout out to the pool staff and beach staff, especially Royalton, who was a true gem. Last but not least, shout out to Garth at the beach bar - the one and only "TCI country guy" - who played the best music and created the most joyous beachside environment while serving the finest cocktails on Grace Bay. Besides our beach eats, both restaurants were exquisite - from breakfast to dinner it is always the finest experience. Our trip was truly a dream, thanks to you all, from the moment we checked in and were made to feel so special by the front desk staff in getting us the best accommodation for our special occasion, to the moment we checked out. Grace Bay Club is by far the best of the best. Thank you x 1 million!!

Fabulous hotel with amazing restaurants and people working there are so friendly. All the rooms are nice just depends what vibe you want. We stayed in the adults hotel building this time and it was very private. Close to the tennis courts where we booked tennis lessons with the pro Matus who is excellent and will adapt his lesson to your needs. Highly recommend booking him in advance as the popular morning shots fill up quickly. Will definitely be back to the best beach in the Caribbean.
