My wife and I spent Thanksgiving week at the Grace Bay Club, our first trip to Turks and Caicos and it was fantastic! The resort is beautiful, with top notch amenities and excellent dining options. The beach is spectacular! The staff could not have been nicer, we felt well cared for. Special thanks to the concierges Godfrey and Adam.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of surviving Hurricane Irma in the company of the staff at Grace Bay Club. The hotel itself is one of the nicest places I have ever been but the class of people working there are what makes this place exceptional. The approach to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable was first class and I can't think of one thing the staff could have done better. After the Hurricane, you would have thought our trip would have been a little deflating but it only got better. They took every step to make sure everyone was "over the top" comfortable (including free daily massages,) while constantly working with the airlines to get everyone home as fast as possible. The beachside restaurant is exceptional and I had one of the best pieces of beef I have ever eaten (Tomahawk Ribeye). It was so good that I ate it at least three times during my stay. My girlfriend and I are grateful to everyone we had the pleasure of meeting and thank you all very much for keeping us safe while maintaining luxury. I have recommended this place to everyone since I have been there and as a frequent Caribbean traveler, this is one of the best vacations you can take and learn a lesson in luxury hospitality! I would like to send a special thanks to Tiffany for all of her efforts during the storm and doing all of it with the best attitude you can ask for. Thanks to Sian for the daily amazing massages and to Peter and Thierry for the exceptional hospitality. You will be seeing us very soon. Happy Holidays. Brock and Amy-Denver, CO.

There is no better place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Young and old(er).....everyone is happy. Though they suffered from Irma a few months ago, you would never know it. Obviously they worked hard and the resort is even more beautiful than before. Many new additions: The New Indoor Kids Club is terrific. The suite is filled with computer games and the latest sports games on the big screen tv.....perfect when you need to take the kids out of the sun for a couple of hours. Or, if there is a passing rain shower, just drop off the kids while you go to the spa. Sian gives the best massages. The new Grille Restaurant has increased the size of the breakfast buffet. So many great choices. And, don’t see what you’d like....just ask Junie, she will bring it to you! You can really get spoiled. The pool and beach are beautiful, with lounges and towels and rafts waiting for you. Never a need to get up early to reserve. But the greatest assets is the caring and friendly staff. You are greeted by everyone with a smile and a hello. Our family truly feels “at home” celebrating Thanksgiving at GBC. We thank Chef Frank for his delicious dinners, the wonderful pastry chef. (Great deserts) and Adam and Godfrey our concierge who just keep surprising us with treats! They are the best. And Peter, who walks the property checking on all the guests. GBC....it is truly a paradise in a class by itself. Can’t wait to return.

We were 2 families who booked rooms together. Right from the start, with a big SUV waiting to pick us up at the airport, complete with cold bottled water, to the quick check-in including showing what our options were, this place was amazing! The views were superb, the rooms were spotless. The service was phenomenal. Shiva at the Grill made us delicious Thai curry when we craved some spice. Tyagi, the manager, checked on us every day. Ruth-Marie, Tavares "Mr. Tar" (as my 3y old called him) were amazing to our young kids and quickly became favorites. The concierge checked on us every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. They had thought of everything. Flipflops for the beach. Quick towel service. Sand toys for the kids. Free snorkeling gear for adults and kids. The bathroom was stocked with great products and we didn't need a thing! They had free tennis courts but we didn't get a chance to avail this (even though we were there for 4 days) Phenomenal (and free) Happy Hour and snacks once a week. The Tuesday BBQ is quite an event and not-to-be-missed with it's wide selection of foods and the entertainment. The kids area sure could use some more paint and work, but the staff there including Meredith were amazing to our kids! The free breakfast was great. The beach is gorgeous! This place is walkable to the Caicos Cafe, the supermarket and other amenities around. Overall, this place is a little piece of heaven on Earth! And it's the wonderful people who work hard to make it so. We cant wait to come back here again! Advice to travelers - take mosquito repellent since we did get bitten. They also provide a complimentary bottle at the hotel. Also bring kids floaties or life vests, if your family needs them since I didn't see any at the hotel. They also have a store if you forgot something you need inside this place. Advice to the hotel - please consider having a commercial clothes dryer available for guests. With the higher humidity, I had a hard time getting my swim wear to dry up!

My husband and I went to Turks and Caicos to spend a week relaxing at Grace Bay Club. We were greeted by a lovely lady and a refreshed welcome drink. Right after the check in we walked on a tour with our personal concierge of the facility. The GBC is a very beautiful property, with a top-notch service and very comfortable rooms. The restaurants (Infiniti, the Grill and Stix) are good but not amazing. Nothing that takes out the charm and shine of this property. Important to say that before we booked a room at GBC, we had considered to stay at others hotels. But after we were able to visit those properties we were grateful to have chosen The Grace Bay Club. We had an amazing time down there and we are looking forward to returning on day! Thanks everyone of GBC staff! I’m sure that your kindness and friendless made our moment there memorable!
