We had an amazing stay at Grace Bay Club!! Beds were so comfy!! Atmosphere was the BEST!! Amazing facial at Anani Spa!! 5 Stars for Royalton who took care of us daily at the pool or beach! And who can forget the rum punch served by all the great people at the front office!! Will be back!

We went with my husbands work as a retreat for a well earned year and the staff was incredible! Everyone was super kind and friendly. Kevin helped us with water sports and we chatted a while with him! He was so fun and interesting to talk to! We had Beatrice as our server the first morning for breakfast she came and said hi to me each day and it was the best way to start the morning with her smiling face! She was so kind and attentive she was always so fun to talk to! The rooms were immaculate and the housekeeping and turn down services were top notch. Pool side service was great. We also enjoyed being with an adult group that there was a swim up bar and an adults only side.

We're definitely returning for another unforgettable experience at Grace Bay Club. One of the finest hotels in Turks and cacois. Thanks to Fredna and Patrick who did an exceptional job attending to us during our stay.

What an incredible experience! There are not enough superlatives to describe the atmosphere, food, and service at Grace Bay Club. The breakfast buffet at "The Grill" is out of this world. Everything is fresh, delicious, and the variety of food is aplenty. Beatrice and Anie had us laughing, smiling, and feeling very welcomed. They, along with the entire staff (Stanley, Chris, Williams, etc.), made the dining experience even better.

We just completed a 4-night couples stay at Grace Bay Club. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we loved it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom luxury suite in the hotel part of the resort. The suite was beautiful, clean and spacious. Our suite was right next to the adult pool and very convenient to The Grill and Infiniti restaurants and the beach. The beach is the most beautiful beach we have stayed on - its a wide sugar-white sand beach, clear turquoise water, and no seaweed or rocks. Service was top-notch 5-star quality from our personal concierge (Narvy & Ramsey), housekeeping, beach staff (especially Yves), watersports desk (Kevin and Mekhi) and Beatrice at The Grill where breakfast was served. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, plentiful and had plenty of variety. We also ate a couple times at Krave which is a small open air bar serving food and drinks near the beach on the estate side of the resort. The staff at Krave (Garth, Melissa and especially Andre) took great care of us. In full disclosure, the resort is definitely expensive. But, in my opinion, the quality of the facility and the service made it worthy of the expense. I would return here in a heartbeat.
