You know you chose the right place to stay when everyone you meet on the island says, “where are you staying?”, and they add that Point Grace is their favorite place and where they tell anyone who asks to stay there. The grounds are beautiful, the food exceptional, and the service made us feel like family. It’s small enough that there’s always a place to relax but enough people to meet at the pool bar. Such a great time!

This was our second stay at this property!!!! Again, we had an amazing stay! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Our room had all the amenities you will need. It’s super clean and we loved hanging out at the pool and balcony on the comfy furniture, and swimming in the pool which offers both sun and shade! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included. Point Grace is so peaceful and quiet! Loved the location as it was within walking distance of many of the restaurants and the grocery store! Oceanfront doesn’t get any better than here… the water was the highlight!

My adult daughter and I came to Turks & Caicos to celebrate her birthday and had a lovely time at Point Grace. Locresha was delightful - she checked us in, gave us a tour around the resort and checked in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. Service overall was very good, Daily breakfast was delicious and our dinner at Grace’s Cottage lived up to the reviews we read. It’s a smaller quieter resort so that’s what you are looking for, you will really enjoy it.

First time on the island and first week of our stay was at South Bank a sister resort. We are avid travelers and really enjoyed the serenity and esthetic of South Bank (5 star property). We didn’t have high expectations of Point Grace since it’s a boutique hotel, 4 star and dated. Our first part of our stay was a bit rough as the room wasn’t in dire need of renovations specifically the bathroom. Had a few hiccups with the air not working, being pretty uncomfortable and mosquitos in the room. These things go back to the owners and they need to invest money into renovating the property as it needs it. Again, this is an owner issue and should be resolved asap for the price point of a stay nightly, there’s no reason these things should occur. However, I’d like to note that Lee (manager) and Roy (front desk concierge) did everything possible to change our rough to start to a better ending. They both were amazingly attentive and kind, and I thank you for this. It shows that the people here make the resort because the resort from just looks doesn’t do it. Raynard and all the guys at the beach were also great! They made beach days so much fun and daily we looked forward to seeing them all. The housekeeping manger and the other ladies were too great! Roland at the restaurant was our waiter and we enjoyed speaking with him. He was knowledgeable of the menu and kind as well. This is to name those that made the final Part of our trip perfect and reset our bad start to a great ending. Although, we’d probably not return to this resort until it’s renovated as we enjoy a more up to date resort, we would be remiss not to mention that kindness of these staff members that turned our frowns upside down. If the owner is reading this, please note that your staff especially those listed here make your resort what it is. Treat them well because without them your ratings wouldn’t be what they are. Thank you again for everything. It is appreciated! Mr. & Mrs. Wilson
