This was my second stay at Point Grace and the experience yet again exceeded my expectations! It was so great to get hugs and “welcome home” comments from the familiar team members. Marinique, Jeff and Junior were spot on every morning for breakfast. Cosmey was entertaining at the bar and always delivered the perfect cocktail. Eddy, Kani, and Raynard made our beach experience extra special every day. Roy and Locresha handled all the details at the front. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most amazing stay yet again. I can’t wait to come back home!!

We visited Point Grace in June 2026 and already miss it. The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place with access to a stunning beach. The staff generally leaves you alone but is available if you need anything. Point Grace also has great easy access to the Provo shopping area - we didn't have or need a car. I rated a 5 because we would go back in a second, but a couple things to be aware of if they matter to you - the on-site restaurant is good and a nice setting, but you'll get better food and more value for your money if you walk to the nearby shopping area. Secondly, another reviewer noted ongoing construction, which is true and a bit annoying, but there's lots of construction going on all over Provo. It's very noticeable at Point Grace because the grounds are so quiet to begin with. Lastly, we had an upper room with two vents in the bedroom. It's hot, so the A/C goes during the evening and the air blasts directly onto the bed. Some people like this, but if you're sensitive to cold you might want to ask about this. I'd strongly recommend management install vents with adjustable louvers.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at, thank god the beaches are beautiful. Should have known it was a disaster even trying to get through their reservations. The private pick up service is a scam, just get a taxi or a car. Tried to pay to upgrade our room, wouldn’t respond to us and then lied about availability. The food is horrible, breakfast is also a scam, charging these prices for spoiled meat and cheese that’s melting as a charcuterie board. “Continental breakfast included” is a joke. Construction going on next door, so loud during the day and they still refused to move us. You can hear it on the beach. I asked for the GMs number, they refused. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool/beach staff, they took care of us. Horrible. Spend a little more and go to a different hotel. Grace Bay Club was beautiful, would rather stay there. Do not waste ur money here
