Beach House Turks and Caicos in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos

Beach House Turks and Caicos wants to start a movement – from now on, a boutique hotel should provide unexpected bits of pampering to make a beach holiday totally carefree. It should stock each suite's refrigerator with the guest’s favorite foods. It should be on hand to arrange once-in-a-lifetime diving expeditions to some of the world’s best coral reefs, but remain gracefully unobtrusive to privacy-seekers on the idyllic flour-white sand of Grace Bay. The anything-you-want atmosphere here is why guests keep coming back.

Concoct your own breakfast of fresh-picked pumelos and starfruit to enjoy on your sunny terrace. Listen to the breeze rustle through the sand dunes on your way to a placid turquoise sea. Float and forget time. As the sky goes dark and the stars come out, pop champagne and savor coconut herb mahi-mahi at an oceanfront table for two amid the flickering glow of tiki torches.

I'm incredibly surprised to see some of these negative reviews. My experience at Beach House has been nothing but magical. This is my second year staying at this hotel. We were greeted with a delicious complimentary rum punch on arrival as we were offered a tour of the property. Our room was beautiful, we stayed at the Enriched room and it was stunning, clean and welcoming. The hotel staff is the best. Everyone was nothing but accommodating and genuinely lovely. From the front desk staff facilitating excursions and child care, to the beach deck staff (Sherman and Roger) taking care you every need while relaxing by the beach. I love that each room has assigned beach chairs reserved for you. We had several meals at hotel restaurant. I had a delicious paella paired with a very nice wine. If you are looking for a beautiful boutique property, there is no better place to stay. Thank you Beach House for making my birthday getaway a dream come true. Till next time! #dreamsofbrighterdays! :)

Where do I begin? We loved everything about this Hotel. From the moment we arrived till the sad day we left. The staff was amazing, very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Everywhere we went the service was superb and we were always greeted with a smile. I traveled with two friends and stayed for 4 nights (May 7-11). Our room was perfect. Very spacious, great views of the beach and quiet. We ate at the restaurant several times for breakfast and dinner. Food was excellent and staff seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Whether traveling with family, as a couple or alone. You won't regret it!

Upon arriving at the Beach House Saturday May 6th we were informed that a wedding was taking place at the resort and therefore the restaurant was closed, even room service so there was NO food. Also we could not go down to beach or beach bar because that was where the wedding and cocktail hour were taking place. After going to office to find something to eat I was told they would shuttle me off property but be aware events were happening at those as well. It took 4 hours but we finally were able to negotiate room service. I told the staff had I been made aware of the wedding I would have planned accordingly. The response I received was if I could just MAKE DO until the next day the wedding party was checking out and I would then see what the resort is really like. We decided we would leave and booked a flight out the day after we arrived. Jessica in the office called GM who we thought was very gracious and told us he would refund the cost of the entire week....not so!! As of today we are now told all was being refunded other than the 1 day we were there MAKING DO. If anyone is planning a trip please ask questions about what is happening on location during your time or better yet look to another property. If you need further proof I have video of the reception outside my door and bedroom after 11 as well as the guests continuing the party in the pool well after midnight.

I'm so incredibly disappointed with this place. The service was on par with a Motel 6 not a 5 star resort but they certainly charge for it. Rude workers who could not care less about making the guests feel welcome. Short, rude and generally unhelpful. The food is also really poor but yet again the prices are outrageously high.

We arrived at the Beach House for Spring Break with our two young boys to find that our pre-paid hotel was fully booked and they could not find our reservation. Of course, I had the email to show them with reservation and confirmation number from Orbitz.com, but they had upgraded their computer system and apparently lost our reservation. We were sent to a sister property, and they gave us a one-bedroom with an ocean view and said they considered this an upgrade from what we had paid for. We didn't really think the sister property was as nice, but there was little recourse. They did give us two free dinners at their restaurant which was AMAZING. Food was delicious. Our server, Evanson, was delightful and gave us wonderful service. The restaurant experience made us even more sad that we missed out staying at the Beach House. I wouldn't book this hotel- you may show up and not have a place to stay, even if you pre-pay through a reputable website. I would visit the wonderful restaurant, Kitchen 218!
