Beach House Turks and Caicos in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos
Beach House Turks and Caicos wants to start a movement – from now on, a boutique hotel should provide unexpected bits of pampering to make a beach holiday totally carefree. It should stock each suite's refrigerator with the guest’s favorite foods. It should be on hand to arrange once-in-a-lifetime diving expeditions to some of the world’s best coral reefs, but remain gracefully unobtrusive to privacy-seekers on the idyllic flour-white sand of Grace Bay. The anything-you-want atmosphere here is why guests keep coming back.
Concoct your own breakfast of fresh-picked pumelos and starfruit to enjoy on your sunny terrace. Listen to the breeze rustle through the sand dunes on your way to a placid turquoise sea. Float and forget time. As the sky goes dark and the stars come out, pop champagne and savor coconut herb mahi-mahi at an oceanfront table for two amid the flickering glow of tiki torches.

Reviews for Beach House Turks and Caicos
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon back in June and we cannot wait to return. The location was perfect! It was quiet but still close enough to everything. We took advantage of the shuttle service that is offered to check out the sister resorts. Having the reef right next door was a huge plus for us, as we both enjoy snorkeling and we saw a TON of marine life (barracuda, sea turtles, puffer fish, ect.). The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort and rooms are very nice and clean. The resort is small, which we both appreciate.
Location is amazing!! The Beach House is a beautiful boutique hotel with lovely, spacious suites, a quiet spectacular beach, ocean floor has almost no gravel, soft as powder, no beach shoes required ,with waters that are crystal clear and the most beautiful shade of turquoise. Snorkeling a short walk from The Beach House. One of our favorite beaches to visit. Our 4th time to the island 1St time to The Beach House. Same assigned beach chairs all week, clean beach, very comfortable loungers and half empty. A nice touch. Sherman and Roger are a great team and enjoy their work. Staff very polite and friendly. Only suggestion is to have a flag system. If the guest needs something a flag is placed to grab the beach attendants attention. Maybe a cooler of ice at each beach chair to keep drinks cold. The water sports needs to inflate the Trampoline. It was impossible to climb or use if over 100lbs :) We are big kids at heart. Love the toys. We loved the pool, protected by the hotel, and refreshing. Our room was bright, clean, beds very comfortable, ac perfect, best view on Grace Bay from our verandah, our frig stocked daily with water, beer and soda every day Loved the complimentary transportation to the other resorts. Cons----------- Unfortunately what let this hotel down for us was poor dining service. We have stayed all over the world from 2* to 5* hotels and this unfortunately did not live up to expectations. Various staff and management got things wrong - Breakfast was a disaster and a terrible way to start each day while trying to relax on vacation No excuse. There was maybe 2 other tables dinning at the same time as us and EVERYONE was wondering //where is our food ... 40 minute wait, no matter what you ordered. Things were forgotten everyday. We had to walk to other tables to gather napkins, look for our servers if we needed something.I complained to Chef Jason he said the computer system was down and they are working on it F&B staff needs training/ direction/supervision.No orange juice available our whole stay. Every guest we spoke with felt the same way we did. My suggestions to the Chef.. Offer a continental breakfast station, fresh fruit, fresh juice and baked goods, cereal, chef station to cook eggs or omelets to order and offer a limited menu option for those who prefer to dine off the menu. Lunch- 86 wings during our stay. Food ordered on the beach arrived quicker than food ordered poolside(which is next to the kitchen) Would like to see fish tacos on the menu Dinner- Rucadro was a attentive server, We liked the rotation of the menu. Only disappointment it is lobster season . No local lobster on the menu, Had to walk over to the fish fry for our 1.5lb lobster tail that would have been more enjoyable if served in the restaurant. Rooms...No bar of soap in the room until the 2nd day, no boxes of tissues, no pen or pad of paper. The resort video needs to be updated, pictures of food from past chefs, no beach flotations offered. The resort has worked very hard and is still in the process of rebuilding after Irma. The GM was supervising many projects to improve the grounds. A vacation is about relaxing not have to worry about the small stuff, this is where The Beach House fell short. We really wanted to LOVE this place. The Dollar to Value/service did not match up. $7000 for a weeks vacation their should be no small stuff to sweat while on vacation.

the food was amazing there, every meal was as good as the one before and after. I really enjoyed the food quite a bit. I was there with my family for a wedding and the hotel was really fun we rented out the whole place. The staff were terrific and the beaches are amazing, the rum drinks are pretty nice too. I find that it is rare to have terrific food consistantly.

My husband and I went to Turks and Caicos and stayed at the Beach House for our anniversary. The rooms were great. The resort is very beautiful, and small which is what we like. There weren't many people at our resort which was very nice. The service was ok. I felt like we had to beg to get a drink. They didn't come around asking if we wanted a drink. I felt like we were a bother to the staff if we asked for a drink or something. I feel like the Beach House definitely had the best service compared to the sister resorts. I just feel as the hurricane played a major set back for this resort. We felt as if there was a lot of miscommunication between staff and customers. I feel as if they would rather lie about something than actually tell the truth. We would have been more understanding if they would've told the truth to us rather than get the run around. The restaurant at the Beach House was by far the best restaurant compared to the sister resorts. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay. I just expected to get treated a little better than what we did. Oh, and we fell in love with Toby the Beach House dog.

Paradise should be simple, peaceful & beautifully breathtaking which is exactly what The Beach House is. If six stars were possible, they would have our vote! A staff that is always smiling and happy to accommodate your every request, by day two they know your name and are eager to welcome you into their beautiful home! The Food & Beverage Director ~ Francisco who is so polished in all he does, his staff & standards guarantee you surely feel the 5 star experience. It all starts at the top and the General Manager ~ Vianel is surely the head of this family. He attends to each guest as intimate & personal as you would guests in your own home; it is truly admirable! His team is well trained and nurtured. Chef Jason stole our hearts & our taste buds! There are no words to describe the quality and flavor of the beautiful menu, only mmmmms & wows (and of course my husbands hand wringing which was all Chef needed to see when he asked how our meal was)! Even the hotel's mascot, Toby ( a potcake puppy) was an absolute pleasure and entertained guests of all ages. I would absolutely recommend this property and will return, but if for any reason you do not select The Beach House at the least make sure to dine at Kitchen 218.
