About the Hotel

Beach House Turks and Caicos wants to start a movement – from now on, a boutique hotel should provide unexpected bits of pampering to make a beach holiday totally carefree. It should stock each suite's refrigerator with the guest’s favorite foods. It should be on hand to arrange once-in-a-lifetime diving expeditions to some of the world’s best coral reefs, but remain gracefully unobtrusive to privacy-seekers on the idyllic flour-white sand of Grace Bay. The anything-you-want atmosphere here is why guests keep coming back.

Great spot for a romantic couples getaway

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed July 28, 2022

Beautiful resort with nice rooms, comfy beds, and excellent service. Their beach front is lovely and it was nice to have beach chairs specifically designated for each room...no need to fight for a spot first thing in the morning and could come and go at your leisure. Food and drinks were nice. Very relaxing place!

Turks Vacation

Stayed five nights. Enjoyed the 80 degree days. There was plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Food at the beach and swimming pool was adequate. Drinks were strong. Plenty of activities to do on the beach. Snorkeling was the biggest high light. Rooms were large and cool. We had a great time.

CLOSED Sept. 2021--but was perfect all-inclusive

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed June 20, 2022

This resort closed in September of 2021. I am reviewing it because some of the most recent reviews are in-correct (they are not reviewing the correct property). In addition, this location was perfect with kind staff, delicious food, extremely large rooms, and an immaculate beach. This resort was in a group with Blue Haven and Alexandria--so please consider staying there even though they are much larger. As stated, this small adult-only all-inclusive was perfection. I am so sad that they sold it off because it was the one place that I would consider returning to (even though I never like to travel to the same place over and over). Here is what they did well: --BEACH: The beach had very soft and clean sand. The view could not be beat--there were very few vendors so it was very quiet. You also had chairs that were labeled by room so you never had to worry--in addition, there was a red-flag that you could put up and someone would bring you drinks and food. --OVERALL AMBIANCE: Because this was adult-only it was romantic, but people were still friendly. In addition there were many larger groups visiting--so you don't have to go as a couple. We have stayed in touch with some people who we met because it was nice to talk to them every day at the beach. --ROOM: We had an ocean-view room. It was beautiful. There was a full bedroom, waterfall shower, spacious living room, dining area with a full table, and even a patio with a table and chairs--plus a sofa. This room was about 2x the size of my apartment at the time--it was incredible. --FOOD: We visited during summer 2021--you had the option of taking breakfast in your room (free of charge) or eating at the outdoor restaurant. Both were delicious with generous portions. For example once we asked for a side of bacon and an entire plate of bacon arrived--with over a dozen strips. The last night at dinner my boyfriend asked for a bowl of ice cream for me--and an entire chalice arrived with tons of different flavors. The staff goes above and beyond. Dinner was sit-down and very formal, but the food was delicious even if the meal-process took a long time. Lunch was provided by the beach-side cafe--I loved everything that I had especially the conch salad and loaded fries. --DRINKS: I don't expect much from drinks at all-inclusives, but the drinks were all delicious and original. They were colorful and very instagramable (if that matters to you). The bartender (Wellington?) was very personable and wanted to know you but also made your drinks quickly. --ENVIRONMENT: This resort had very beautiful grounds. We saw many lizards outside. In addition while some people thought the pool was small, it was beautiful and surrounded by plants. We never used it because we loved the beach so much. --LOCATION: This resort wasn't too far from the airport--it was a quick ride and cost only about $20 per person. When we arrived we checked in and the process was very fast. They took us on a tour and explained the hours for each meal and how everything worked--including the gym. --COVID TEST: At the time we needed a covid test to return to the US, so we were shuttled to Blue Haven or Alexandria to take the test. It was fast even if it was about $160 (total) for both people--I appreciate that they arranged it for us and it was efficient. Honestly I am very sad. This was the perfect adult-only all-inclusive. Having gone to other resorts, no other one will compare to this small house with personal staff who care about your needs. The beach was perfect--especially the view, the labeled chairs and flags for service. Although the whole visit was a beach indulgence, I truly hope that this resort re-opens. It would be perfect for one's honeymoon or anniversary. It was perhaps the one time where the beach, rooms, food, and ambiance was even more perfect than the pictures could capture.

Great Place Convenient Location but, 4 Star

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed May 26, 2022

Convenient location, near great restaurants right on the beach, great housekeeping staff. Very clean 3 bedroom condo. One problem that we had was the roof leaked we had to use a cooler and towels to collect water. Did not affect our stay except weird seeing water from roof leaking to the family room floor. Spoke with management staff was told that they knew about the leak but that’s all that was said. Pool was small but rarely busy. Plenty of chairs by the beach, beach staff not very attentive. They would help but often we had to search them out to set up umbrellas and we felt we were inconveniencing them. Had to go to pool bar to get drinks and a weird closing time for the pool bar 6:00 PM I believe. Easily fixed we brought our own drinks to beach. All and all though I would stay here again.

Myra restaurant manager & Jason Executive Chef

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed February 13, 2022

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the Turks and Caicos after 17 times going to this island. We went in January 2020. I will never again go to the Beach House again. Their Personel are rude and unreasonable. They’re also very discriminating when it comes to their dress code. We went dressed up and one of us in the group had Birkenstocks. They allowed people with sports jerseys, sneakers and construction boots as well as flip flops when their dress code says NOT ALLOWED. We asked front desk to speak with GM and executive chef Jadon came out and was worse than Myra. We asked him to explain what was written on the dress code and he said “that’s your interpretation”. After trying to get a General Manager, to which's they refused, we left and said we would never come back. Very unreasonable and rude.
