This hotel is amazing!! Not only is it beautiful and on the widest and best part of Grace Bay beach, but the service is spectacular!!! The staff take great care to make sure you have everything you need and all requests are happily accommodated. I can't say enough about that. A few other things to mention- 1) Great spa but it is basic. I had a wonderful massage. 2) The rooms are gorgeous and contemporary. Housekeeping does a fabulous job. 3) Complimentary breakfast is really good with plentiful options. 4) Taxis are available to get around but they can be expensive. Grocery store is not far but not easily walkable or bike-able since it is uphill and the roads aren't set up for this. I did have a rental car and would recommend one if you want to get around. Avis was great and they have left side steering cars like in the US. Overall a spectacular stay and well worth the indulgence. I loved it so much I have already made a reservation to return later this year!

What an amazingly beautiful and relaxing resort. We never even spent time at the stunning pool area because the beach area was unbelievably even more beautiful! The spa treatments were amazing - Amoy is fantastic at both massage and facials. It was heaven! And Stacey Ann at the front desk takes care of every little thing you need with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Louis and Job by the beach kept us comfy and well fed. What an amazing relaxing vacation! thanks!

This is a beautiful hotel on an even more beautiful beach. Staff, pool, facilities are all top notch and there is little, if anything than could be improved. It's expensive, as is everywhere, and everything, on Turks, but the quality of the hotel and its almost zen-like ambience gives you some idea of where your money is going.

The hotel has beautiful views, a great beach and extremely friendly staff. The food is very good at both restaurants, but the beverages are extremely overpriced. The location is remote, so a taxi is required to go to many of the Island's top restaurants. Taxis on the Island are expensive and it would be a great improvement if the Turks would add some infrastructure like small buses, sidewalks for walking, etc. There is not much to do on this Island, especially when it is windy. We could not go in the ocean as it was too rough, nor could we snorkel.

This was such a gorgeous hotel and the beach and pool were so enjoyable that my family didn't feel the need to participate in too many excursions. We snorkled, rode bikes, swam and kicked our socer ball on the beach and were completely fulfilled. If you wanted to do more, you could, but it was not necessary. The food wa tasty and the drinks were yummy. It was hard to go off the property.
