Just finishing a 4 night stay at this fabulous resort. Our 2nd time here (last time was October 2015). We were very hesitant to keep our trip as scheduled, due to all the reports about damage from Hurricane Irma. So glad we listened to Brandon when he called us a week ahead of time and assured us that they were ready for us! The hotel is in amazingly good shape and the beach is outstanding. They continue to serve our favorite rum punch on the island. Our service has been beyond attentive. Thank you to Charles, Javon, Woodson, Kizzy, Marco, and Christopher for making sure all our needs and requests were cared for. We knew this place was where we wanted to return to, and we won't hesitate to come back again.

This is our second review at Gansevoort TCI, my GF and me were there in August 2016 and we come back late august 2017. This time we found a significant improvement on services. Hotel and beach are amazing as we wrote in our previous review, so we would skip it. Let’s start from the beginning. I originally booked from august 30th to September 6th, with a chance to extend my stay till September 9th which I did. Unfortunately hurricane Irma was approaching so we had to stay 5 nights more, till Tuesday 12th so totally I spent 14 days there. Since our arrival, when we were greeted from Kizzy at front desk with fruit punch rum, our stay there has been amazing. We have been upgraded to a wonderful room, 1402, 4th floor corner suite with a stunning beach and sunset view from its large balcony. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with all what you need for cooking. A complimentary bottle of Italian red wine was the icing on the cake. The staff, from the manager Raul Garcia to his wife Laura, all at the concierge, front desk, boutique, beach, swimming pool, cleaning, I should really list all of them if I remembered all their names, are nice, friendly and professional. It has been a huge improvement from our last year stay. As we found our complimentary breakfast not suitable for our taste (it’s a traditional American breakfast buffet, eggs, sausages and so on, which is fully understandable as 90% of their guests are American) they provided us a fresh fruit platter every morning, which was really great. Small thing that makes the difference. Stelle (the restaurant close to the pool) staff deserves a special thanks: they are all friendly and attentive and the new chef improved the quality of the food, which is great now. My GF tried the barre classes, I had a massage at Exhale and I used the gym daily: all exceeded our expectation. Hurricane Irma: we tried to leave the property before the hurricane but it was impossible to find a flight, unless you wanted to pay 3000$+ each for a private jet, so they offered us to stay at the property. When the day arrived, we did appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the whole staff: they knew exactly what they had to do and they tried their best to make us feel calm and safe. After the hurricane, that (luckily) caused minor damages at the property (which is hurricane proof), they simply offered a complimentary stay (full board) till when the airport opened and we were able to fly back home. How would you describe it? They set up a phones charging station at Stelle (the only place with power from generator) and since the “day after” they tried to do all what they could have done to help us in any possible way. More important, they did it with courtesy and smile. We cannot thank you enough guys: we had a memorable stay and we shared incredible moments with you as well as the other hotel guests. Recommended: 100%! We will be back to see you guys soon!

The Gansevoort on Providenciales, Turks & Caicos is breathtaking. The rooms are in pristine condition and they overlook the most beautiful turquoise water below. I loved everything from the setup of the hotel, to the food, the enjoyable staff. I was staying here during Hurricane Irma and they took amazing care of me and the guests who were there during the storm. This is a truly magical place with very caring people. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Gansevoort!

Everything you see or have heard about this resort is true (if it's positive and good!). Top notch accommodation and staff. Concierge was extremely helpful and so appreciated. The spa here is heavenly. Possibly the best massage & facial I have ever had. Can't recommend this resort enough.
