It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.

Immaculate grounds, beautiful rooms, friendly helpful staff, a five star resort. Especially my friend Jane at breakfast! The best experience in Turks and Caicos. 🇹🇨 will definitely return on other trips. Easy transportation from the hotel to the restaurant s

This is our 2nd stay at the Palms and we just love this resort. We love the small feel of a resort and the Palms has it all. 3 restaurants to choose, no motorized water sports and is walkable to downtown. Plus their staff is amazing and so friendly. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Imagine making a reservation at a nice restaurant and when you get there you are seated along with a handful of other unsuspecting diners in a room where a large wedding is going on. Sadly, that was our experience at the Palms. We landed on Saturday and left in Friday. The hotel is really nice with a great location and friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a corporate retreat that ended on Sunday. On Monday the next corporate retreat started. 75% of the 150 or so guests at the hotel that week were part of the retreat. That definitely put a damper on our experience at the Palms. (We still had a good time since TCI is a great place to visit.) Based on my experience this past week, I strongly recommend that you contact the Palms hotel directly before making your reservation to make sure that there are no corporate retreats scheduled for when you will be visiting TCI. Otherwise, maybe try one of the other hotels that is more focused on providing couples and families a great stay and less focused on selling out to corporate retreats.

Great resort. Great location. Fun and friendly staff. Jane was great and always met us with a smile for breakfast. I would highly recommend The Palms. It was not too big and always felt private. Rooms are nice and facilities are well maintained.
