The Palms, Turks and Caicos

We had an amazing stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! The rooms were beautiful, incredibly spacious, and always spotless thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making our vacation even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ms. Nadine at the Kids Club—she was absolutely amazing with our children. She was caring, engaging, and made them feel so comfortable. If you’re traveling with kids and need a babysitter, I highly recommend asking if she’s available. She truly went above and beyond. Another standout was Dwayne at the Latitude Bar. He provided excellent service and shared some fantastic recommendations for places to visit around the island, which made our trip even more memorable. The resort’s location is another huge plus. It’s just a short distance from the Thursday Night Fish Fry, making it easy to experience the local food, music, and culture. Overall, The Palms exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

Another wonderful trip to the Palms. The hotel is amazing and the staff phenomenal. We loved Arleen. I would say she was short and spicy. We left every meal with a smile. Looking forward to coming back to visit

If you are adults vacationing be sure to find out if a conference filled with children will be in attendance. My husband and I experienced 2 lovely, quiet days and then the invasion happened. We never expected screaming in the hallways at 5 am. I needed to ask security to ask children to leave the adult pool and hot tub. There’s no adult seating at the pool. I love kids but this in not what we were expecting.

Just one word… paradise! The island is beautiful, but what it makes it special it’s the people. I had an amazing time, The Palms staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful. Everyone, from the reception to the beach, 5 stars service. We enjoyed our stay, my wife and me, every aspect of the resort, from the amazing beach, beach chair staff, the pool, and pool bars with excellent staff taking care of you. The drinks and finger food are great! The bar pool and pool staff, all great, always there for your next drink or snack., The main house restaurant Parallel 23 it’s a great choice without leaving the resort. I could mention dozens of names or more of staff people I met, I just don’t want to leave anyone out. They all know who they are, and who I am, not just another tourist. They are The Palms staff that makes it all happen. A lifetime vacation.
