The Palms, Turks and Caicos

Arlean at Garden was extremely welcoming, kind and had wonderful service. The food was great as well. Everything has been wonderful so far and we have enjoyed our time at the Palms.

Booked 4nts/5 days as a last minute package just because it worked for our dates and we were pleased. Our room was updated and clean and even though it was a “garden view”, we had a nice view of the ocean. Check in was fairly smooth. Food and drinks at this resort are EXCELLENT but VERY expensive. 175$ CDN for 2 cocktails a salad and a hamburger!! Mostly American guests Pool is lovely. Never had difficulty getting a lounger. Beach is spectacular and safe. Swim up bar is a fun feature. Special mention to Ronald mgr of food and beverage and Miguel at the Plunge bar. All in all, a successful visit.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Palms the first week in January 2026. Our family of 6 stayed in a beautifully appointed ocean front three bedroom suite. The room was beautiful! Two of the bedrooms had kitchenettes and sitting areas. The common area (living room, kitchen, dining area) was light and airy and very spacious. What a beautiful view from our balcony! Ismeda, our housekeeper, was tremendous! She arrived in the morning to make up our rooms. She was very attentive to details and made sure that we wanted for nothing! The staff at the resort were friendly, very helpful, and attentive-overall terrific! The breakfast buffet was fabulous! There was a great variety of items to choose from (which rotated daily) and an omelet station. Our servers at breakfast were amazing! Ronald, one of managers, made sure that we were well taken care of! He came by our table everyday to check and make sure that we had everything we wanted/needed. Jane, our hostess, greeted us every morning with smile! Although the entire staff were excellent, two servers stood out-Arlean and Astrinek. They were fantastic! The beach and pool staff were also excellent! Abel at the pool set up our chairs made sure that we had everything we needed everyday! He was terrific! Overall, a wonderful vacation! Look forward to coming back!

The Palms is a very special resort. The grounds are clean and beautiful, the beach is stunning, the food was amazing. It’s the staff that makes this resort stand out though. They have a genuine desire to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. A special thank you to Paula, Freddy, Emilie, Sabine, Jane, Ronald, Steve, Giovanna, Abraham, John and Raquel for taking such great care of us! We can’t wait to ho back next year!
