We had a five-star experience at The Palms. Every restaurant on site was excellent, and breakfast each morning was made even better by wonderful servers like Arlean. Our kids had an amazing time at both the beach and the pool, and we loved how relaxing and family-friendly everything was. It was a perfect first trip to Turks and Caicos, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

The Breakfast Garden was excellent. The staff was so accommodating and kind. Astraneak and Arlean are the best. Don’t leave with out getting Astraneak to sing. Her voice is as fabulous as the beach views!!!!

The Palms is one of our favs when coming to TCI. The staff is attentive (shout out Arlene who was a gracious server at breakfast!). And of course, the always beautiful Grace Bay location can’t be beat! Most beautiful water ever ☀️
