The Palms, Turks and Caicos

This was our 2nd stay here on our 17th visit to Provo and we were pleased. Having stayed recently at both Grace Bay Club and Seven Stars we loved the updated one bedroom oceanfront suite in building 1. The furnishings and room were the best on Provo. Twice daily housekeeping was terrific. The breakfast buffet good and Jane and the staff helpful. The TV package was adequate but not as complete as the others. Also the other properties shuttle to the beach here which can cause a shortage. Before booking we inquired when the large group is here and avoided the 10 week invasion. We had two wonderful dinners at Parallel 23 too.

Upon arrival, were warmly welcomed and taken on a tour of the resort and our room. The guide was lovely and gave us a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. The room was clean and spacious. The noise level was quiet. Breakfast was delicious (free buffet and menu). June was especially welcoming and always pleasant…she’s the best! The pool area was beautiful and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed delicious drinks by the pool made by Abraham & Steve. Dinner at Parallel23 was delicious. Maribel was our favorite Server. The gentleman at the Tour & Excursions desk was very helpful (I forgot his name). We really enjoyed our boat ride and snorkeling excursion. It was nice to have the opportunity to take a bike ride (bikes provided complimentary of The Palms) into town to shop for clothing and gifts. It was an added bonus to have a taxi right in the parking lot to take us to dinner and the Airport. The cost is $14/each way. Be sure to bring cash! A special thanks to our Wedding Coordinators, Samiola and Tamika. They helped us create the perfect Vow Renewal Ceremony and dinner on the Beach for our 30th Anniversary. The day was magical and we can’t thank them enough for making our dream a reality. We highly recommend The Palms and look forward to returning again in the future!

I had excellent experience during my stay from front desk, room service and support for any problem with the service such as TV no signal , more towels . The service was quick , professional and very helpful. My breakfast today was enjoyable and very good.thanks to all persons who provided excellent service especially Ms. Astraneuk

This hotel Was fabulous. +guest treatment. Exceptional Front Desk-I’ll give this a B+. The only place I feel could have improved. Still wonderful and pleasant you just have to push a bit to get ideas or help solving a problem. Compared to the Beach Club where they are very proactive with guests. Beach-spectacular. Clean and beautiful. Best part is the staff ensures you are comfortable, have a good set up and towels. Not having to beg for towels or chairs was a big plus. So easy to interact with. Not overboard just polite and helpful. Pool-once again amazing. Clean and gorgeous. Restaurants/Food-great service and excellent food. Pool swim up bar is fabulous as if the bar as you walk to the beach. We had a junior suite and it was huge! The full kitchen was a huge plus. We did pool walkout which was easy and we could still see the ocean! I will return here as soon. As I can. I felt at home!

We recently stayed for 5 nights at the Palm resort and had the most amazing time. Everything was perfect from the room to the stay the staff and the accessibility to the pool and beach. Jermaina helped take care of our room and did such a wonderful job making sure we were comfortable and had fresh quarters every single day! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed for our room. Miss Jane was a joy to see each morning when we went to breakfast and the entire staff was so pleasant and helpful always! The location was perfect to get to town for shopping or other hotels for dinner in the evenings. Highly recommend this hotel!
