Fantastic!
This hotel gave our huge group of families a trip to remember! We had great local recommendations and excursions which we were able to get transportation to and they had something for everyone! Us being a pool and beach forward group this resort provided us the best views and the best place to relax.

The Palm is a beautiful well kept property.
Arlean was fantastic. She was courtesy, extremely helpful and polite. Ask for her if you decide to have breakfast at the Garden.

Amazing resort experience
Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful amenities. The breakfast garden experience every morning set our day off on a great foot. We loved the pool, especially the Plunge Pool Bar and the opportunity to eat lunch without leaving the water. Both Si Si and Parallel 23 had good food and great atmosphere. We loved the beach - comfortable lounge chairs, effective umbrellas, and the most beautiful water we’ve ever seen. Walk 20 minutes to the left of the resort and you can snorkel from the shore - an amazing experience. Our son loved the kids club, especially Nadine, who was attentive and fun and kept him busy with tons of crafts and games. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Great times
We had a wonderful time!! The beach was incredible and the staff was brilliant!! We especially loved Jane during breakfast services! We highly recommend this place!

Best experience - highly recommend
The service was phenomenal and Jane was the best! She should be the employee of the year for sure! Rooms are lovely with 2 cleaning services per day and the fruity cocktails served right in the ocean. Swim up bar so fun. Every one was so friendly and could not do enough for us!
