The most amazing vacation of my life. Everything was perfect, the service was amazing, our favorite service people were the incredible Astraneak, amazing Arlean, and lovely Louis. Thank you all for an amazing trip!

Hotel was very nice. Beach was great for a luxury/expensive resort service was below average 15% tip is included in all charges. Maybe that’s why service is bad no incentive to go above and beyond. We had one good server. His name was Evelson. He was great.

Love the Palms! The atmosphere, food, rooms and staff are all excellent! If you have breakfast say hi to Jane, the hostess. She is a gem!!
