The staff was impeccable. We felt very welcomed and loved. From the wait staff, Arlean, Erlie, Anya, and Bedwins, to the bar staff Nathan and Dwayne, everyone made us feel right at home. We will certainly be back!

Best vacation ever!!
The trip was fantastic! Atmosphere, food, the pool, you name it! Arlean in particular was amazing, very attentive, friendly, personable, makes sure you’re having a good time. And we did! Arlean was amazing! And so is the hotel!

A+++ experience
We can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Our suite was enormous with a gorgeous view of the water and a balcony with a daybed. It was meticulously cleaned each day with sweet notes left each evening about flowers and wildlife. The staff, particularly Ms Jane and Arlean, had us laughing and smiling every morning at breakfast. The food was excellent; I loved the wild mushroom pasta and my husband the lamb chops. Juan took us out on a Hobie sailboat and we had a fabulous time! I had a spa afternoon with Eka who gave one of the best facials and massages I have ever had. The managers were constantly walking around making sure everyone was happy. Highly recommend!

Arlene is incredible.
The property is incredible and the rooms are absolutely amazing. Breakfast included is very good. Arlene is so attentive and sweet. She ensured we had everything we wanted. Highly recommend.
