Everything about our trip was outstanding. The staff that stood out were Miss Jane in the breakfast spot. Also at the bar, John, Steve, Abraham, and Reggie took great care of us. Food and drink prices are astronomical. We knew that going in. Highly recommend.

Arlean was so attentive and personable at breakfast. We have been coming to the Palms for yrs and really enjoy are stay. What a pleasure it was to meet Arlean.

5 Star Experience
We had a five-star experience at The Palms. Every restaurant on site was excellent, and breakfast each morning was made even better by wonderful servers like Arlean. Our kids had an amazing time at both the beach and the pool, and we loved how relaxing and family-friendly everything was. It was a perfect first trip to Turks and Caicos, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Traveling for 50th birthday celebration.
The Breakfast Garden was excellent. The staff was so accommodating and kind. Astraneak and Arlean are the best. Don’t leave with out getting Astraneak to sing. Her voice is as fabulous as the beach views!!!!
