It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.

Amazing beach, resourceful, but the best of the best are the people. Beyond Friendly! Every employee from grounds keeper to Manager move quickly if there is anything we may want. Aelean got to know us and remembered what we like. Joked with the kids. (Supprized our shy 3 year old skipped her usual 5 minute hide and in 5 seconds accepted her. Yes, a nod from mom gave the go-ahead. We needed a few things and asked for advice, thinking they'd get us a cab, but no, the crew went out of their way to go get those for us so we could keep doing family time. Amazing.

Had a wonderful experience and specifically want to mention Othneil (Oat) who was our primary server at the beach. He was wonderful and treated us as friends.

Our family of 5 (parents, a 7yo and twin toddlers) really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The staff, especially Jane, made us feel welcome and made sure the kids were having fun. The twins were too young for the kids’ club, but the beach is huge and very clean, the ocean is fairly calm, and the pool has some areas with broad shelves for the toddlers to be more independent. Food was pretty good - everything on Turks is very expensive. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit and the omelette bar. Overall, we concluded that this was close to as relaxing as a vacation with toddlers can be.

After a lot of research, my wife and I chose to vacation at The Palms. We felt the Palms offered a more personable experience and budget-friendly stay than any of the other 5* resorts on Provo island. The atmosphere lived up to our expectations as each of the staff members treated us like friends (we even exchanged hugs from time to time :)) Shout-out to Jane and Earlie for providing exceptional service with a smile the entire time -- and yes, even sang happy birthday to me ;D As far as food, there's only a few options at the resort, but we didn't find that to be an issue because there are great options on property and it's easy to venture out if you want. Taxi to Ritz was $12-15 or you can take a complimentary shuttle to the sister property of The Palms that offers great dining options too. The Spa is simple (steam Room and Sauna) but the massage treatments are next level as you can tell the therapists take pride in their work and cater to their clients --all heart. The only critique I have is I wish we were able to take advantage of the complimentary watersports (paddleboards/sails). Unfortunately, there was a red flag out during our stay due to the currents, even though neighboring properties had a yellow flag up and were using the paddle boards and sails. I spoke with the watersports supervisor, and he said "we take our guests safety very seriously here" which I can respect. Though, it's hard seeing others sailing while we were stuck on the beach. All good- we brought our own snorkel equipment and were prepared for plan b. Wish we brought floats though. Overall, we had an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend staying at The Palms for your next Caribbean stay!

Service was awesome, food was great. I will definitely return. I will highly recommend this place. Suggestions: be more selective with taxi drivers. Our outgoing guy had an open Budweiser can while driving. Also, the snorkel excursion employees were heavily drinking during the excursion. Suggestions to clean the northern exposure as it has a lot of biological growth on the building. It’s the side facing the water exposed to potential guests. The staff was very professional and trained well. Great experience!
