The Palms, Turks and Caicos

We had a great experience at The Palms. This is our 4th time here and we will be returning again. Jane at the breakfast service & Phil at the pool greeted us and treated us so lovely everyday. The service, the atmosphere, the rooms is all top notch. We are sad to leave!!

My teen-age daughters and I just returned from five glorious - actually, perfect - days at The Palms and we are already trying to figure out when we can go back! I cannot say enough about this place and the wonderful people who work to make everyone's vacation the absolute best it can be. I wish I could remember all the names, but Erlie was a standout at breakfast each day in The Garden, a perfect setting to start every day in literal paradise. The Palms is just the right mix of 5-star, relaxed, island elegance, with all the charm and beauty of the island itself. The pool area is laid out perfectly, with plenty of options for dining and drinking poolside or at the most beautiful beach imaginable, which is just steps away. The service throughout the resort is top notch, never feeling stuffy or intrusive. We stayed in a junior suite, the smallest of the options, and it was perfect for the three of us. It was beautifully decorated and with every detail considered. All of the dining options are wonderful, especially Parallel 23, the more formal restaurant open only for dinner. In a nutshell we couldn't possibly have enjoyed our time at The Palms more and we can't wait to go back!

Arlean at the The Garden Breakfast at the Palms was excellent. So attentive, funny & made our morning go so smoothly. The epitome of quality service!
