About the Hotel

It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.

Hotel was very nice. Beach was great for a luxury/expensive resort service was below average 15% tip is included in all charges. Maybe that’s why service is bad no incentive to go above and beyond. We had one good server. His name was Evelson. He was great.

Love the Palms! The atmosphere, food, rooms and staff are all excellent! If you have breakfast say hi to Jane, the hostess. She is a gem!!

beautiful with a few caveats

first off, the property itself is gorgeous. the beach is so stunning, as is the pool, and the hotel is overall well maintained. the rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. few things to note, there are an overwhelming amount of children here, and I was completely unaware that this was such a family resort. so expect all that coincides with such a multitude of children. crying kids next to your dinner table isn’t my ideal, so something to consider. not an error on the hotels behalf, just something to note before booking this hotel. restaurants are overpriced to the maximum. expect to spend $200+ if you’re eating on the property, and that’s excluding drinks. sui ren at the shore club nearby is amazing i will say! I travelled with my mom, and us being immense beach lovers really enjoyed the beach here. the water is crystal clear like nothing I have ever seen before. there are beautiful schools of fish close to shore, a few stingrays, and the most blissful gentle waves. service on the beach is good too! breakfast buffet has little to no vegetarian options, and is a typical “american” breakfast so think a plethora of meat, pancakes and eggs. tisha at the front desk is wonderful and i’d say overall the rest of the staff here is polite and accommodating too!! all in all i had a pleasant stay here, definitely consider booking the palms for your next beach vacation!!

We love The Palms. Got married there nine years ago and have been back many times since. We start each day at this beautiful resort in the garden for the breakfast buffet. We are greeted by the hostess Jane whose sparkly smile and warm tone reminds us that we are in a special place.
