The Palms, Turks and Caicos

We had an incredible week with our family. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Jane and Arlean were the perfect way to start the day at breakfast.

Our stay at The Palms Turks and Caicos was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the wide range of activities and the breathtaking beach, which made every day unforgettable. The level of customer service truly sets this resort apart. We can't wait to return and are already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Turks at The Palms. We met some amazing people at the resort that made the trip even more enjoyable. Jane was our first point of contact at breakfast daily and what a wonderful human being she is. She always had a smile on her face and was interested in our day! Now there is also Carol over at Parallel restaurant. She was a hoot! Very friendly and engaging and we really enjoyed our talks with her and catching her dancing to some of the great music during dinner. The people there are wonderful and make an already great resort even better!

The resort was wonderful. The restaurants were excellent. We enjoyed Arlean helping us with breakfast. Her service and personality were an excellent start to the day.
