Paradise at The Palms
My wife and I are here at The Palms on our honeymoon this week. The breakfast was genuinely a highlight of ours to start every morning! Our favorite staff Jane, Erlie, and Sofia greeted us every morning we arrived…smiles, hugs, and congratulatory sentiments. Made our day! Whitney & Tisha were sweethearts every day. They all became friends over the entire week! We loved our time and experience here at The Palms. Already planning our next visit back…! ~ Brian + Annie (“Brannie”)

Beach and facilities beautiful
Junior Suite was very accommodating. Bathroom was especially nice. Housekeeping did a great job. Pool was beautiful and the beach & ocean were perfect. Vladimir bartender was great. Breakfast was excellent and hostess/server Jane was especially friendly and accommodating. Facilities were great. Location excellent. Service throughout the Palms was first class. Food in both restaurants was just OK. Expected exceptional for prices. We would stay at the Palms again but eat local restaurants for dinner more often.

Beautiful resort and staff
We had the most amazing time at this beautiful resort, so much so that we only left one time for the Thursday Fish fry. The staff is wonderful but there are some that stood out: The Garden staff especially Arlean and Jane, the SiSi bar staff Vladimir, Marcson & Claudeun. We cannot wait to return
