Absolutely worth it.
The Palms did not disappoint. Our room was clean, crisp and beautiful and fully stocked. Turn down service was great. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of warm and cold options. Our server, Joane St. Jeane was exceptional. She me ade sure we had everything we needed to start our day right. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful smile. The beach had white, fluffy dand and the water was a gorgeous shade of blue but very clear. Totally worth going there for relaxation.

Resort is beautiful and the food delicious but the service is what’s bringing me back. Arlean is fantastic and made the trip great.

Excellent service. Very attentive to anything you need. Arlan does a great job at breakfast, making sure you have everything you need. Can’t wait to get back here!

10/10 Resort
My fiancé and I just got back from a 6 day trip to the Palms. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The property is beautiful and had everything we were looking for- a decent gym, great food, and a wonderful beach. What really blew us away was the staff- there are so many incredibly kind employees and we spent quite a bit of time with them. A big shoutout to Dwayne, Freddie and the other bar staff! And a special shoutout to Othinel- he took care of us at the beach for a majority of the trip and was a huge help. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will be back!
