The Palms, Turks and Caicos

The Palms was an absolutely beautiful resort with a warm, friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with gorgeous landscaping. The breakfast was amazing and we felt so welcomed by Jane (who is awesome!) and the entire staff. The beach was pristine and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. I've been to a number of Caribbean countries and resorts and by far, the Palms was one of the best. The resort was more on the quiet side (didn't have the typical resort activities like water volleyball, dancing, live entertainment, etc.) but it lended well to being a serene, peaceful vacation. This a girls trip with myself and my daughter for her graduation celebration and we could not have been more happy with our stay at the Palms and Turks and Caicos overall. A beautiful hotel, friendly and welcoming people and a lovely country!

Everything was amazing great service and atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing vacation here. Emilienne and the rest of the staff made sure we were all taken care of and gave wonderful service.

The palms was amazing. Great pool, great beach, great food, and the service at each restaurant was amazing. Thank you Arlean for your excellent service. We enjoyed talking with you each morning at breakfast to hear all about the resort annd what to do during our stay. Everyone was very friendly at the Palms!

Arlean was the most attentive and the loveliest woman we met during our breakfast service. She always asked us what we needed and was there in a blink. We love Arlean!

This was the best vacation EVER! The beach was amazing. The weather absolutely perfect!! The accommodations excellent. Clean and newly renovated! Pool area was immaculate.The staff could not have been kinder, nicer and any more friendly! Especially Jane, Merl and Earlie at the breakfast garden….. so warm and welcoming!! And the breakfast was always fantastic! The SiSi bar and restaurant was great and right off the beach ….. We will definitely be back!!!
