The Palms, Turks and Caicos in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.
Your ideal day starts underwater: The best diving in the world is just steps from your balcony. A coral reef runs parallel to the island, and in it live manta rays, florescent-hued sea sponges, and almost any type of fish that can swim through your imagination. Suit up, or sign up for a PADI-certified day course. When you come up for air, don't go far! Regent Palms' centerpiece infinity pool winds around wooden decks and luxe sun pods, where you’ll relish tropical fruit kabobs and chilled towels to ward off the equatorial sun. At sunset, feast on fresh crab rolls prepared before your eyes in an open kitchen while feeling the Caribbean breeze live up to its name.

Reviews for The Palms, Turks and Caicos
We stayed at The Palms for 7 nights in the 1 bedeoom pool view suite. The hotel has beautiful grounds with extremely large suites overlooking a beach that is as close to paradise as it gets. If you want to relax this is the place. Pros: *The pool is large enough to accomodate the hotel at max capacity. Always find a lounge chair. *Suite is very large and spacious *Patio is very large and offers a great space to chill (my husband had to work so he could still hang with us at the pool) *Pool staff very helpful and even have toys for the kids *The food at the pool is delish *Amazing breakfast *Ariker in conciergewho helped me with restaurant resevations before we arrived. *loved having a full kitchen so i can have some healthy snacks on hand for my family. Cons *For the amount we spent per night i expected the room to be impecably clean which it wasnt. *it took housekeeping 2 hours to get to our room once we called for them (all late in the afternoon). They really ahould hire more housekeeping in peak season...again for the amount we spend. Overall we had an amazing stay and we wanted to extend but couldnt. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Palms, Turks and Caicos. The Junior suite was spacious and very well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a great balcony that overlooked the garden area. The beach service is top notch with lots of cabanas and chairs with umbrellas to enjoy the turquoise blue water that is signature to the area. The pool has an adult only hot tub and a swim up bar that makes getting cocktails quite easy. The gem of the resort is the spa. Must say we thought the couples celebration service was one of the best we have ever experienced. It is not a surprise that the spa was voted best in the Caribbean. This is a must visit. We enjoyed the Valentines dinner at Parallel 23 restaurant and their Chateaubriand was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. A bit expensive but ultimately worth the price. The staff at the Palms is very friendly and helpful. The resort offers a free shuttle between The Sands and The Shore Club that makes moving between their company owned locations very convenient. Overall a very relaxing stay in a beautiful tropical paradise. Can’t wait to come back as we found most people who stay here typically do.

My husband and I stayed in a room that had a view of the pool. It was very spacious and nicely appointed. I would suggest if you order food at the pool/beach, do so before 12 as it could take a while. All food was delicious! The hot tub was great and at night there is a fire pit close by. We went on a snorkeling adventure and Kayaking. The hotel booked these for us. The spa is nice, but I had no idea what the attendant was saying. Hopefully I followed all of her instructions correctly. :) There were several families that stayed, but honestly I wouldn’t spend the money on my kids. It has more of an adult feel. I wish I was still laying by the beach!

My husband and I stayed at The Palms for one night back in November. This is definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. You pull up to the open air reception area and they whisk away your car and your bags and are greeted with cold water and towels. The concierge gives you a grand tour of the property. The room is absolutely stunning, I actually came home and repainted my apartment in the same colors of the Palms decor. Very luxurious but homey feel to the room. The pool was very nice with an ok amount of loungers, my only complaint would be that the so-called adults only pool (which is basically a large hot tub) was not very well enforced. They did however enforce the adults only deck area which was nice. The beach is absolutely stunning, probably one of the nicest I've ever been to. Considering the size of the resort I didn't feel there were quite enough beach loungers as we had trouble finding anywhere to put our stuff. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. They'll even do made to order omelettes if you ask. The only sour part of our time was at night the neighbor to the right of us was having a full on freak out at his wife/girlfriend and we could hear it perfectly because of the adjoining doors. We ended up having to call security several times to try and get him calm down. Not that this is any fault of the hotels. We would definitely recommend the Palms and would love to go back!
