We had an incredible experience

This was my first time in Turks and Caicos and we did a lot of research into resorts with three bedrooms, three baths (we were four adults, one child) that wouldn't break the bank - this one was chosen and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. If there were more stars available, I would give them. First of all, the unit itself is incredibly spacious, well appointed, and clean, with a beautiful patio overlooking the ocean. Ample seating for everyone. Loved sitting out there with coffee or a cocktail, depending on time of day! For those who have been to Grace Bay before, the beauty of the beach and the water are unsurpassed, but there are a few things that set the Regent Grand apart. First of all, customer service. This is my 9th Caribbean island and I have never received such attentive service from staff. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make the resort spotless and your time there incredible. For example, during a pop up storm one afternoon, the attendant hung our beach bag up on the umbrella so as to not get anything wet .... unbelievable! The overall vibe of the place - super low-key, no music blaring. Super relaxing, spa-like atmosphere of a true boutique hotel. Tennis and pickleball - we are big tennis fans and played daily. They offer pickleball nets and lines too for those who play and even offer equipment! The court is protected from the wind, which was a factor the first few days we were there. Walkable to anything you might need, including a major grocery store. So lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc., within easy walking distance. Pool - amazing with a great hot tub. The first few days of our stay were windy, so we opted for pool, which is protected and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is poolside drink and food service, also. Front desk - they can arrange everything for you, with a huge smile. Make everything easy and with no hassle or problems. A gas grill would have been nice, but other than that, I cannot think of one thing that was not seamless and wonderful. We just got back last night, and already planning our trip there next year!

Stayed for 8 nights over Easter 2026 with the family in a stunning 2 bedroom ocean/beachfront suite with fabulous views along the stunning Grace Bay beach and aqua blue shores. The overall experience was truly exceptional from location and easy access to local amenities. We resided in a stunning modern 2 bedroom suite, received impeccable service from front of house , pool bar right through to cleaning and helpful beach attendants - service levels that were faultless and always with a smile. The hotel was nothing short of superb throughout and more than made our stay a happy one. It Is ideal for families with a great pool and easy beach access. We travelled as a family of four including two teenagers who equally loved everything about the resort. We were delighted with our choice and would highly recommend to any traveler wanting to experience the serenity and beauty of Grace Bay. It is our 3rd time in the Turks & Caicos Islands, and it is most certainly our happy place. Well done to the Regent Grand !!

If you are seeking some peace & quiet with oceanfront accommodations that is walkable to shops and restaurants, The Regent Grand is the place for you! The staff is more than accommodating, the pool is amazing and you never have to worry about getting a spot on the beach!! Maybe the best location on Grace Bay too!
