What a lovely property, the staff was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a 3 bedroom unit on the 5th floor, overlooking the ocean, just listening to the waves crash every morning made my coffee better! Grocery store sells liquor and is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants are also within walking distance, a few favorites include Luna Bella, fabulous Italian food and great service, Bay Bistro, just a short walk on 🏖 and food was great. We tried to go to Somewhere but they we not open until after 5 and not a minute before!! Bartender was there and hostess on cell phone standing at the door, but at 4:52 we couldn’t get a drink; so not sure about food. Unfortunately, it rained and was cloudy all week, but nothing could ruin our week in Paradise! In fact we probably got to see more of the 🌴 island since we didn’t spend every moment at the beach or 🏊 poolside. Want a fabulous tour of the island with a local, go to desk and ask for Ron, he has a comfortable van and will take you all across the island, he rocked. Then if you need transportation while you are there, just call and he will take you wherever you need to go. We rented kayaks at blue haven and explored the small islands, to include iguana cay. We borrowed bikes at the Regent Grand and explored on our own one day. We will be back to enjoy the 🌞! In an earlier post someone indicated that there room was dated, since all are individually owed, that might be, but ours was spectacular with double pillow top mattresses and king pillows and a kitchen that we could prepare gourmet meals.

very nice property with a beautiful location and beach. They sustained very minor landscape damage but re working hard to get this back to the lush grounds it was. Staff at front desk is great, other staff are ok but need to step up their appearance to keep up...

First trip to Turks, traveling with a friend. We stayed in a great ocean front 2-bedroom that was clean, modern and well-appointed. The location cannot be beat, it's just a few minutes from the airport so we were literally on the beach within 30 minutes of landing. Plus it's walking distance to a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and shops. The beach is immaculate and the water is spectacular for swimming... or just admiring. It's worth noting that the hotel is actually a condo complex, so all the units are a little different and there is no on-site restaurant or spa. You can order average "bar food" from a restaurant adjacent to the property that delivers and get spa treatments at a nearby resort. We were there in late summer so the hotel was quiet and there were always plenty of seats at the pool and the beach. High season might be a different story altogether.

The best thing about this hotel is the location on an amazing stretch of beach. The walkway from the hotel to the beach opens up to a beautiful view. Crystal clear and calm waters are perfect for swimming or just lounging next to. Rooms are a great size with a kitchen and balcony which is nice for lounging outside at night but the look and utilities are a bit outdated. The pool area could also use some sprucing up but the beach is so amazing that it doesn't really matter. Beds were comfy and it's very quiet at night. Good concierge that can book an array of activities. Convenient walk to a few good restaurants nearby. Overall great property but for the price the rooms could use some updating.

Stayed here because of the location to the office in Provo. The resort is great! The service was outstanding, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I was here for work, not vacation, and even though it is a resort on the beach the room accommodated the need for work. Good work area with plenty of outlets for computer and such. Wifi was a little slow at times, but workable. The reason for a 4 instead of a 5 was the facilities seemed to have odd hours. I went down to the bar around 7 one evening and it was closed. Had to walk to the village to get a light snack and drink. Beware of the food service, the restaurant that provides breakfast and rom service is not on site, but int he village. Short walk, but not bad. The seating is outdoors in the morning so the temperature is high. The food is good, but if you order room service it will not be what you normally find in a hotel. Think take away box and bag.
