Our trip to Turks and Caicos was spectacular. From the moment we arrived at the Regent Grand, I knew we were in for a wonderful experience. The room was regal and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room had everything including a washer and dryer. The breakfast, included with the room helped us get set for our fun filled day. The beach outside our hotel had fine white sand and the water was aqua blue. An amazing vacation!

Customer Service seems WAY off. I feel I'm not that important and they could care less. It's really unfortunate too and they promote this "Enjoy the personalized attention of our gracious staff that understands how to meet your every need" but that isn't what you get at all. Disappointed and frustrated.

We stayed here in a two bedroom suite with our adult children. Overall the facility was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and pool service however was horrible. Upon arrival, we stopped at the bar to get lunch. It took a long time to get service. We waited 45 minutes for a couple wraps and had to set up our own table. Throughout our stay, it was difficult to get service at the bar and impossible at the pool. The staff seemed to have their small group of favorite guests that received over the top service. All others were ignored. If you stay here I would recommend buying drinks and snacks at one of the local shops and bring your own to the pool.

The hotel does not have any green space where you can walk but the beach was pretty private with lovely waters and clean sand. Pool was small and mainly for rinsing off. The restaurant was very good. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and extremely well appointed. The staff were very attentive. This is a quiet hotel. If you want a busy resort then look elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about the Regent Grand. This hotel is a bit upscale for what my family usually goes for but it was a special occasion and we loved every minute of our stay. The staff is very attentive. Jojo and Gil out by the pool and beach and Michelle at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful our entire stay. Our rooms were beautiful with a killer view out on the balcony. Breakfast was included which was great because it would have been a bit pricey for over a week for a family of four otherwise. Staff at The Vix, where breakfast was held, were helpful and quirky. We were mostly served by Nedia and she was just lovely. The hotel is a fabulous location in regards to restaurant nearby. We walked to a new restaurant for dinner nearly every night of our stay. The pool and beach areas of the hotel are immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay here again should we ever visit Turks and Caicos again.
