Absolutely perfect!
We stayed at Regent Grand the end of July. Two couples mid-60s. I cannot say enough good things about this resort! (I kind of want to keep it a secret!) All the pre-arrival questions were handled so professionally by Lorraine. The check in was flawless. The room was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and was perfect! Jack and Franklin had chairs all set up for us every day. They checked on us during the day. They will get drinks and food if requested. Brought us cold water during the day. When we moved to the pool late in the day they continued to check on us. The resort is small and beautiful. Sitting right on Grace Bay. The grounds are immaculate. The swimming pool in the middle of the buildings was so pretty. Quiet. Water was the perfect temperature. Grace Bay was perfect for us. The beach and water is stunning! Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Grocery store was in walking distance. Lorraine was the absolute best! She arranged transportation each day. Was so very friendly and accommodating! Wanted to know when we will return. 😊 We will definitely return!

Enjoyable Stay
The service, location, and accommodations were all 10/10. The staff at The Regent was super responsive even before we arrived for our stay. The area felt safe and the location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. This was our fist time in Turks and I went with my mom and sister. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making it such a wonderful trip. Also side note for those of us that run hot, the AC in our room was AMAZING and stayed cool throughout the night!

Wonderful Vacation
The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and so kind. We definitely are looking forward to a return to the Regent Grand.

We were so excited on going and having the opportunity to experience Turks and Caicos, and when we arrived we were welcomed by one of the best staffs that we have ever encountered with. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire crew at The Regent Grand. We were treated like family from start to finish they went above and beyond to meet our needs and taking great care of us throughout the week. Not only did they go above and beyond, but were great with giving us ideas and things to do on the island during our stay. Special shout out to Randal, John, and their crew.
