All the staff was extremely attentive and friendly, especially Loraine. She reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we needed transportation to the resort and checked on us everyday. The room was serviced twice daily, always while we were out and the staff went unnoticed. Very clean and beautiful pool/beach. Absolutely wonderful!

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Regent Grand in a 1 bedroom ocean front suite at the end of April 2024. It was a beautiful property right in the heart of Grace Bay. The beach was stunning and clean. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The property itself was so pretty - we were impressed walking around everyday. We had the chance to use the gym and play tennis. Our room was great - we had a full kitchen, living area, a spacious bedroom, and in-unit laundry. We had someone come clean-up our room every day - fresh towels, take the trash out, made bed. We had a great view of the ocean and the back garden. It was gorgeous. Also, the team was very accommodating. They had scheduled our taxis promptly and tended to our needs. They were very kind. There was someone who prepared our beach chairs and handed us towels and waters any time we went. It was a quiet property and very peaceful. The property itself doesn't have much in terms of food and beverages, but like I had mentioned, the property is right in the heart of the town. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Additionally, there is a convenient store in the shopping plaza and then a grocery store not too far away (a few blocks). - Lemon2Go was where we got coffee every day (5 minute walk). - Le Bouchon Du Village (2 minute walk) had the best fried snapper + it has a sister restaurant (a breakfast/lunch cafe) across the street with the best bread and pastries. - Coco Bistro (15 minute walk / 3 minute taxi) is highly recommended for dinner. The best meal we had (will need to make a reservation online - you can go on their website). - Da Conch Shack (25 minute taxi) is on the other side of the island but has great vibes and it's right in the sand. Fish tacos were great, but the other food was just average. - Casa Nonna at the Ritz Carlton (it's the property right next to The Regent Grand) has great Italian food (fresh made pasta) - Aziza was a fun spot for a night out or a few pre-dinner drinks. The dirty martini was great + a group of our friends went on a Saturday night and were on the dancefloor having fun ( 20 minute walk / 5 minute taxi) - Casino at the Ritz Carlton was a great spot to end the night - it was right next door to The Regent Grand. It isn't a large casino but still has great table games and slots This was a great trip and I highly recommend The Regent Grand - you can have a peaceful, beautiful spot to stay and then pick and choose how you spend your time.

The regent grand is a beautiful resort. It has a very private beach. The rooms were spacious and very well kept and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure had everything we need and gave great recommendations. We cant wait to go back!

The most relaxing and peaceful stay! The pool was perfect and the incredible beach was steps away from our room! We can’t wait to return!

The staff were all very friendly … We enjoyed our stay here beautiful and easy to relax here…. definitely would come back, Lorraine, Linda, John and Randall we’re also helpful and made us feel like family🙏😊💜
