Just arrived home after a wonderful week at The Tuscany. This was our 6th trip to Turks and Caicos. This was our first time staying at The Tuscany but it will not be our last. Shawnemae and the staff were outstanding. We rented a 3 bedroom villa and it was beautifully furnished and accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. The views were breathtaking of beautiful Grace Bay. A local cell phone is provided for your use. Also, bikes are available. The Tuscany is perfectly located if you are looking for a restful and quiet vacation.

The Tuscany was more beautiful in person than the pictures, especially Unit west 102. From the time the door was opened, the view of the water was breathtaking. Shawnee was were helpful and friendly. She showed us the property and recommended some things for us to do while there. Having a cell phone from the property was helpful to make reservations and get cabs.

We stayed at Tuscany 4 nights in a 3 bedroom condo for a family of 5. First, the condo itself was great in all respects. The kitchen is super with great appliances, plenty of cookware and even a Vitamix. You could easily cook dinner each night if you wanted. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. Each room has a screened in porch/patio and we had a view of the ocean. The service is great. They are super helpful in all respects from taking care of the room to helping you find restaurants to booking activities. They provide a local cell phone for your use. The pool is great. The gym is good as well. The location is relatively quiet. Everything is accessible. There is a convenience store in walking distance. I would highly recommend the property.

After many years of staying at a property on the other end of Grace Bay we decided to try the Tuscany based on the wonderful TripAdvisor reviews. We were completely blown away and had an incredible holiday. We definitely recommend having a car when you stay here and GraceBay Rentals offers great rates and service plus they're located right at the airport. If you're looking for wild nightlife The Tuscany isn't the place for you, but if you want peace and tranquility read on. There's no bar or restaurant on the property, but there is one at the hotel next door accessible via a quick walk on the beach. However, each condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity available for meal preparation including a coffee maker which is stocked daily with coffee packets and sugar. There are also 2 communal barbecue's available on a first come, first serve basis and we enjoyed grilling up our dinner a few nights during our trip. The grocery store is a three minute drive away and has a pretty decent variety of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as grocery items. Just be prepared to pay island prices - everything here is imported and can be quite costly. We always pack an extra suitcase full of pantry staples like dry pasta, boxed tomatoes, coffee, condiments, snacks, spices, etc. We loved finding a cooler in the closet so we could pack up a beach picnic without having to come up to the room (not that it's very far at all)! The condo itself was spacious and nicely decorated with comfortably luxurious furnishings and high quality linens. We loved having a walk in closet in the master bedroom and a deep soaking tub in the master bath. Our absolute favorite spot was the screened-in terrace. It was wonderful to sit outside with a gentle breeze blowing and no mosquitos! We enjoyed our meals and evening cocktails sitting out there enjoying the fabulous view. We loved being at the far end of Grace Bay where there's some peace and quiet instead of hotel after hotel lined up along the beach. We enjoyed taking long walks on the beach in either direction, but especially towards the more residential end of the bay. The beach itself is beautiful with fine, white sand and that stunning blue water. Not much to see for snorkeling off shore here, but you could easily walk next door to sign up for an expedition or drive down to Coral Gardens to enjoy the reef at the other end of the bay. There are loungers and umbrella's set up on the beach which are available on a first come first serve basis. Even at the end of our trip, which was the height of the winter school break, we didn't have a problem finding a spot on the beach. It was a pleasant surprise to have the waiters from the restaurant next door come by with menus to offer drinks or food delivered to your beach chair! Everyone we encountered from the staff of the Tuscany was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us our key, a gate controller and a cell phone for local use upon check in. On our day of departure we were able to check out early, enjoy the beach and then have use of showers at their sister property - The Venetian. This was a nice touch and really allowed us to enjoy every minute in paradise. We highly recommend this property for A PERFECT GETAWAY...

We stayed at the Tuscany for 6 nights in mid-March and absolutely loved it! Before arriving for our vacation I wasn't sure if I had made the right choice in staying there, as I was choosing between the Tuscany and the Windsong (we had stayed at the Windsong on a different trip to Provo and really liked it there), but I can now say that I definitely made the right choice! The Tuscany was everything I was hoping it would be and more. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the Tuscany - there are only 30 units, so it wasn't crowded at all. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, well equipped, modern, tastefully decorated, and above all impeccably clean! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job of cleaning each day. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and I can honestly say that our condo at the Tuscany was the cleanest place I've ever stayed at anywhere - in the United States or elsewhere. The view of the ocean from our screened patio was heavenly. The beach was, of course, beautiful, but we really liked the fact that it was not crowded. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, bottled water, sand toys, and water floatees provided for guests on the beach were other things we really appreciated. The grounds of the property were beautiful and well-maintained, and my kids loved their daily swim in the large pool. One small suggestion would be to heat the pool, but the lack of heat did not deter my kids from spending countless hours swimming in it! The staff were all helpful and friendly. The Tuscany has a gated entrance and a security guard on duty at night; I always felt safe being there. I would definitely stay at the Tuscany again and look forward to doing so in the future!
