Reviews for The Tuscany on Grace Bay
You always hear about "Best Kept Secrets" when traveling. This is one of them. These are beautiful condo accommodations without the bustle of a typical resort. About the only feature this place doesn't have is a bar and restaurant. But there is literally one, steps away, next to the property. The service here is impeccable. You are treated in a way that literally makes you feel like family. This resort was recently voted #1 by Trip Advisor, and I can understand why. The beautiful beach is private and uncrowded. The pool is beautiful. The condos are beautifully furnished, spacious, and have every single thing you could need. If you are looking for a "party" resort, this place probably isn't for you. If you are looking for beautiful accommodations, great service, and a spectacular beach at a very reasonable price, look no further. Try the massage service while you are here.....it is one of the best I've had!!! The staff is also top-notch!
Stayed here with my family of 5 at the beginning of June, and we could not have had a better time. Firstly, what really separates The Tuscany from everywhere else we have stayed is the service. Leading up to the trip, they were in constant contact with us (almost too much contact) to make sure we were all set. Before and during our trip they made several reservations for us including restaurants, a rental car, and tee times at the Provo Golf Club across the street. Upon arrival, we were greeted with open arms (literally) with all of us getting a hug as well as a personalized tour of the facility and our condo. We even had a few minor issues with one of the fans in our room, and within seconds our entire room was buzzing with maintenance staff to fix the issue. The grounds of The Tuscany are also some of the best I have experienced. Very well maintained. It is not very big, but because of that it was extremely quiet and completely relaxing. There were many times where it was just us in the entire pool facility. The beach is also probably the best I can think of. Perfect white powdery sand, crystal clear turquoise water, and not a single rock on the bottom to be seen. The Tuscany's beach also comes with WiFi (albeit a little slow). Most of all, as many people have mentioned on here, the beach is not busy at all. The units again are also some of the best I have stayed in. Firstly, the views from all units are incredible (though you do lose some on the ground floors) and on top of that offered a perfect view of the sunset over the water every night from an oversized porch. The rooms were also stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. An added bonus is that the rooms were cleaned each day by the housekeepers, which is something you do not typically see in a condo resort. The only minor issue we had was the WiFi just could not reach one of our bedrooms. Overall, not really an issue as we had purchased an international data plan. Finally, a lot has been said in these reviews about the location of the resort. It is a little bit out of the town where the restaurants and shops are, but it is worth a little walk or a quick drive in a rental car or taxi. It is quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted at least. As many people, and even the staff, also pointed out: This is not a traditional "resort" as there is no bar or restaurant on the grounds. I think, however, the Tuscany really gives you the best of both worlds. Right next door at the Ocean Club they have the Cabana Bar, your traditional beach bar and restaurant, as well as waiters that will come over to your umbrella on the beach. The plus is you do not have to deal with that hustle and bustle at your resort, you just have to go next door. All in all, one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I hope to be back!

Took our family of 5 (3 teenagers) to Turks and Caicos for Spring Break during April '17 and stayed at the Tuscany. Great location right on Grace Bay. The manager, Shawnemae Hall, greeted us all with a huge welcoming huge on our arrival. Shawnemae was excellent and very helpful as was all of the staff. The premises was very clean and well maintained. Our condo (3Br) was very clean and in great condition with very nice furniture. Very spacious rooms and included a screened-in porch overlooking the beach. Rooms cleaned every day. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Staff helped us book excursions and restaurant reservations. Amenities included a large pool with Jacuzzi, outdoor grill area, covered/uncovered parking, tennis courts, walking deck to beach with showers/hose for cleaning off & private beach chairs & umbrellas. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and never went a day without one. The Tuscany was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying there. It was our first trip to Tucks and Caicos and we loved it. Clean & clear beaches. Went snorkeling, jet skiing, and took trip to Middle Caicos. Planned a fishing trip but got cancelled due to weather. The Thursday night Fish Fry was a fun atmosphere and food was good. Great restaurants all over the island. Would highly recommend renting a car to get around the island. Overall, a great vacation and would definitely go back. Again, would highly recommend the Tuscany.
We had a family gathering there recently of 6 adults and we rented a 3 bedroom condo. Everyone was able to have their own space. Accommodations were wonderful, daily service by the resort staff was impeccable and pampering. It had a well stocked kitchen and BBQ for grilling. The resort had bikes for lending and the office staff were wonderful helping us book a snorkel trip. Having a local cell phone come with the condo was very useful and much appreciated for reservations locally. It was very quiet yet was right on the beach at Grace Bay and the screened in deck was perfect for dinners outside and evenings watching the sunset. Thoroughly felt pampered with the beach staff as well. There was always a cooler of cold bottled water near the entrance to the beach. BUT, the most memorable thing about our stay was the warmth of the staff, making us feel right at home.

WOW! We were welcomed with genuine smiles and a hug. Terria, Shaquell and Shawnemae took special care of us and truly cared that my family enjoyed our stay at The Tuscany. It is a beautiful resort with a friendly and courteous staff. Thank you ladies for helping make our vacation so amazing. We had fun and were able to relax as well! A perfect vacation. Beautiful beaches, peaceful getaways, and a staff that works to accommodate whatever need you may have. This is the first review I've ever posted because the resort and staff are to be complimented. I hope to visit The Tuscany again soon. It is a wonderful gem!
