My girlfriend and I prayed for all the people of this idyllic island and particularly for the staff of this perfect hotel - which we left one day before Irma hit. We were told that WBC is generally overlooked among the couple dozen hotels along beautiful Grace Beach. Well, I hope it stays that way because this place has everything except the crowds. It's absolutely lovely in its understatement, meticulously kept but modest in presentation from a small, intimate restaurant and bar, artful little pool and wide, gorgeous beach with white talcum sand and nary a rock as you flow into the transcendent waters. And my girl and I were in those pristine waters half the day. We walked a couple miles on the beach, past all the other busier properties, and felt so relieved we were at WBC. First, the beaches narrow as you proceed toward town, and WBC's beach is absolutely the biggest and best...and quietest. WBC shares this dreamy expanse between the Gansevoort and Beach House hotels, both of which were too busy for our liking. We felt like we had a private beach. I'm telling you, a lot of people simply overlook this place. Although the environs may be pretty but understated, the rooms are full fledged luxury. We had a fourth floor one bedroom suite which was the nicest holiday suite we've ever had. Our spacious deck had the most spectacular view, two chaise lounges and dining table for four. We agreed we could happily spend the entire vacation in the water then on our amazing patio overlooking it! Inside was another dining room, living room, full ultra-modern kitchen and a small bathroom with washer/dryer! Yep, first vacation we ever completed with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Master bedroom featured another perfect ocean view and a palatial bathroom with his and her's sinks, separate shower and tub. The suite was beautifully appointed. It felt like a luxury apartment. So, we're booking the exact same suite (409) next year! You want to be on the third or fourth floor, and a corner like ours is even better. Staff was smart, happy and helpful. Loved Kat at the front desk and Kavonn in the restaurant. We actually found all the TC residents to be incredibly friendly, and towns people and tourists come together every Thursday at Fish Fry, which is walking distance from the hotel. You gotta go! Amazing lobster dinner for $25, and you really get to enjoy the carnival-like scene with the locals. WBC and TC combined for our best vacation ever.

My husband and I stayed here for 13 days for our honeymoon and it was amazing. We had the top floor luxury suite and couldn't have dreamed of a better (or bigger!) room and view. We loved having the patio overlooking the beach and the in-room amenities. Our stay was fabulous from beginning to end. We had a private romantic dinner on the beach one night and the ambiance and service from Sonny were fantastic. It was really like a dream. Since we were there for so long, we got to know some of the staff as well and they were all excellent. Sean and Bernardo were great down by the beach bar and Christopher and Kavonn were wonderful as well at their restaurant, Drift. All of their staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The only thing we weren't big fans of was the breakfast food or the limited menu for meals but we had a kitchen in our suite and went out a lot so it wasn't too bad at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel and may plan to Celebrate a future anniversary there!

We spent a week at West Bay Club and it was the absolutely perfect vacation. We had an oceanfront condominium that included every possible amenity you would get in a 5-star hotel. The staff was outstanding and as much as we would like to name each one, we worry that we may forget someone. Therefore, let's just say that everyone treated us like we were very special from arrival through departure. This was our first trip to West Bay Club but we assure you that it will not be our last. We cannot wait to return next year. With sincere thanks to everyone at West Bay, Lew and Deb

My husband and I got married at West Bay on August 5, 2017 and it was the most perfect experience ever. I chose West Bay after reading reviews on here about Kizzy, their wedding coordinator. Let me just say- she definitely lived up to the hype and then some. Kizzy made my trip and my wedding the most fun, exciting, relaxing, and enjoyable trip for all of my guests. I am kinda picky and somewhat particular so I was nervous about a destination wedding to a place I've never been to and leaving it all in the hands of a person I had never spoken on the phone to but it worked out so well. I didn't need to worry because Kizzy is an expert and knows exactly what she is doing. She answered countless questions from me, booked a group snorkeling trip for us before we left and a last minute deep sea fishing trip for the guys when we got there. Kizzy is a saint and I appreciate her more than I can even put into words. We had 30 friends and family come to the island and stay at the resort and everything went off without any major glitches. The food at the wedding was the BEST wedding food I have ever had. All of my guests were raving about it. Our Chef Johnson was fabulous. Our bartender Bernardo managed to keep up with my friends and when Bernardo had to run up to the hotel to grab more because we drank them out of something, Chef Johnson stepped in to make drinks so the party did not slow down. Our servers Jonie and Tenisha were attentive and on point. The DJ that Kizzy arranged (William from Subtronic Sounds) was so fun! He knew exactly how to keep everyone engaged and having a good time! My parents had not flown in almost 20 years so getting them to trek across the country from Oklahoma was quite an accomplishment. I thought they would hate every second of being there but they loved it and are already talking about a return trip. From the ease and comfort at check in with Kathy and the other ladies, to the assistance from Giovanni getting everything to the rooms, to the wonderful ladies at breakfast- Cindy and Kayonn, and the awesome guys at the beach, especially Charles- everyone made us feel welcome and like we were family. And the wonderful Chef at West Bay, Alex, cooked a Tuna the guys caught on the boat trip when they got back to the resort. It was the best Tuna I have ever had. One of the afternoons when we were at the pool we were all craving Pizza so Phil from the front desk went down to Baci to get us pizza. That is just a few examples of how nice everyone at West Bay treats you. I could go on and on. I literally got home and missed the people at West Bay as much as I missed the beach! I should mention the rooms are perfect- all of my guests were so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness and the AMAZING views. The beach was fabulous. That water is the true definition of paradise. I consider myself a pretty well traveled person, especially when it comes to islands and I will say Turks and Caicos and especially this resort blew me away. I left wanting to buy a condo at this property and swearing that I could come back here for every vacation and never go to another island for the rest of my life and I would be content. I never write these reviews but this place is that good. It is worth it. Seriously- stop thinking about it and book it. They kept all 30 of us (ages 5 to 68) happy as clams! You will enjoy every second!

The hotel was a perfect size for us. Not too big at all. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The beach out front is amazing and always had a chair available. The hotel staff was great and they really made our experience wonderful.
