Excellent for a family.
Excellent location, rooms, service and food. I wish they had more things to buy like even a small necessity store. The leadership team with Lindy and Nelia were amazing. Would definitely be back. It is situated on a nice roomy area of beach which is great.

Our stay met all our expectations. The beach is stellar! The hotel is just the right size for us. The staff is so kind and helpful. I will definitely return.

Beautiful beachfront location
Beautiful beachfront property with great service and food. Studio suite was very comfortable. We loved the size of the hotel and the location. It is on the end of Grace bay away from the congestion of Beaches and the Ritz.

Don't stay in room 403A
Great location, beautiful beach, great breakfast, and very good food. The chef is very talented. Our room...the bed had a huge dip in the middle. The room had 3 blinds that never touched, so there was a bright light that shined in all night. The TV had a weird purple glow, even when it was off. It could have been a nice room, but it was very hard to get any sleep in there.

Our stay at West Bay was very enjoyable. The facility is beautifully maintained and the staff was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend West Bay to our friends.

We spent our honeymoon at West Bay Club and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are beautiful, the beach and pool area always had places to sit, even during the busiest part of the season, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to West Bay Club. This was our 6th visit and we plan to return many times. Dane and Roxanna are the perfect hosts and they and the whole staff go out of their way to meet every request and assure you have a great vacation.
The units are beautiful with full kitchens, comfortable furniture and a large ocean front deck. The gym and spa on site are convenient.
The beach is the best and it's nice to be on this side of the island. The beaches are wider, the snorkeling is a five minute walk either way on the beach and the grocery store is close. We have been vacationing Providenciales for 15 years and West Bay Club is the best new property there by far.
