I stayed here over the Thanksgiving week and my stay there was amazing. The modern hotel grounds was beautiful and the room I had with ocean view had everything I needed with all the kitchen appliances and laundry/dryer machine. I did wish we had a full size fridge instead of a mini bar size, but we made it work for us. We bought grocery at Graceway Gourmet and stocked up our kitchen. We tried to save money by making some of our meals and lunches to take out to the beach. The breakfast was complimentary and decent with juice, eggs, toasts, sausage, cereal, etc. Every night it seemed the hotel had a dinner theme varying from $50-60 depending on what the food was. We ate at the beach restaurant twice and each time had a lovely time. Our place was very cozy and we definitely felt settled in after a day or 2. The live music in the evening could be heard if we opened our patio door and that was a delightful perk. My favorite part about this hotel aside from the rooms was the beach itself. The view was beautiful and waves calm. The hotel provided sand toys for my baby and we took out the paddle board a couple of times, which was complimentary to rent. There wasn't any servers at the beach so we would have to walk up to order drinks/food. The prices were decent and about the same as any restaurant on the island. I also liked that there wasn't any beach peddlers around trying to sell us stuff. I loved this place and would go back.

Hotel is ok but beach, pool, restaurant service is very poor. The workers do not come around to ask if you need anything. Don't think there is beach or pool food service at all. No one ever comes to ask. Workers take too long to bring things at the restaurants and they forget. They workers are always talking amongst eachother and not paying attention to customers. I've been to Gansevoort a few years ago and same thing there. Seems like they don't care about customer service. So if you come here, don't expect to be waited on.

We had a really beautiful 4 bedroom unit that also had another bedroom with a pullout couch. The welcome back we received was so heartwarming. The hotel is lovely, it’s clean, and was perfect when we were there. Michael the food manager is soooo nice and saw to our every need. Breakfast buffet is included, and there is an additional menu at additional charges for breakfast. Lunch there, served at the beach or by the pool was amazing.....those lobster tacos. Yum! We didn’t have dinner here, but we met the chef, and judging from the other meals and the smell of things cooking, I’d say it was probably VERY good!

We really could not have asked for a better experience. The entire staff showed us awesome hospitality throughout our stay. Boudeline was especially very helpful in arranging our Jeep rental. Our balcony view and room were as advertised, beautiful and classy decor. Beach bar / dining was nice to have. Beach crew service was spot on . Thanks again to the entire WBC staff and hope to be back sooner rather than later.

We came here for a thanksgiving getaway and had a nice stay. They've been working hard to repair everything from the extensive hurricane damage. We did have some issues with our door being broken for two days, but that is the only "real" complaint we had during our stay. The staff was nice, the food was basic but good (could use some more vegetarian options) and the location was ideal. We could easily walk to the reefs to snorkel and we had easy access to parking for our rental car (which we definitely recommend getting). This spot is more geared towards families - we wound up spending some evenings at the bar next door at the Gansevoort because the one at West Bay closed early. It's a very short walk so we got the best of both locations. We would go back. -- Read up on your bills when you visit - there are all kinds of taxes, service charges and surcharges on the rooms and everything else you buy in Grace bay.
