I give 5 stars to the entire staff. Before we realized what we needed, someone was nearby offering to help. Feels like the highest end resort but on a small scale with a staff who knew us by name. Only suggestion is to rent a car as taxis are expensive and hit the grocery store nearby for the basics. We were in the best hands possible and I can’t wait to return!

As a first time traveller to the Turks and caicos Islands, I definitely made the right choice in holiday destination. After comparing hotels in providenciales my preferred choice was West Bay Club. Friendly staff who ensured that my stay was enjoyable. Upon arrival the view to the beach was exactly as it is on the website. With coconut trees dotted around the resort, I definitely knew I was in the Caribbean. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach. For sure friends and family were jealous. The size of my room was bigger than expected with an adequate size kitchenette. The beach was breathtaking, calm and clear water, picture perfect! I spotted fish swimming around me whilst in the water without a care in the world. I tried water sports and had fun trying something new. The beach staff were friendly and even provided a treat to those of us relaxing on the beach. Most of my time was spent at the beach and that's exactly how I liked it! Breakfast was more than adequate and dinner, when eating at the resort was good. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I left the island relaxed and sad to be leaving paradise. Shout out to Junior, Chef Winky, Charles, Sonny, Everson and William!..... 2019 for sure 😁

This small 42-room resort is beautiful! It is on Grace Bay in an area that is not overcrowded, so it is serene, beautiful and relaxing. We were in room 310-B which is a luxury one-bedroom suite with the view of Grace Bay. The suite was huge (around 1500sf including the private covered beach front patio)! It had a full kitchen with everything you would need. We received daily housekeeping and turn down service. The grounds are gorgeous with flowers, shade trees and palms. The building is very well maintained, as are the pool and walkway to the beach. The resort offers food and beverage options throughout the day, even service to your beach chairs! Speaking of beach chairs, the WBC beach team sets up your chairs and umbrellas with clean towels when you arrive at the beach for the day. A space for you is always available - there is no jockeying to try to get there early for a chair. This is the same at the pool. Once you are settled in your beach chairs, you can relax or you can enjoy the complimentary Hobie Cat, kayaks, snorkle gear and paddleboards. We spent most of our time on the beach in the beautiful clear water. The water temp is perfect - cool and refreshing! The resort offers pre-arrival grocery shopping. We didn't take advantage of this, but wish we had. We instead took a taxi to and from the grocery store ($14 each way, plus gratuity). This would have covered the $30 fee the resort charges for the personalized shopping. The resort has complimentary bicycles which we did use for a quick trip to IGA Supermarket which is less than 2 miles away - a very easy ride. Lastly, I will cover the service at the resort. I've read reviews of other resorts and always wondered why guests mentioned so many staff members by name. Now I know. When you stay at a small resort for seven nights, you get to the know the staff by name because they are friendly, helpful, sincere and they are there every day to make sure your stay is fun. While every associate we met during our stay was fabulous and top notch, Bowleg is awesome! He was the first person to greet us when we arrived and the last person we saw as we departed one week later. In between, he was there for anything we needed. His temperament is perfect - accommodating, calm, friendly, composed and his smile lights up the room. You're very lucky to have him on your staff! Additionally, the beach crew made us laugh every day - Wildy, Jeffrey, William and Charles. We enjoyed talking and laughing with Evanson at the pool on multiple days. I wanted to bring him home with us! Kayonn and Cindy greeted us each morning at breakfast with a smile and kind words. Our massages with Tara and the other massage therapist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name - she has beautiful eyes!) were out of this world. My husband is still talking about his massage.

I stayed at the West Bay Club Jan 29 - Feb 4, 2018. The property is intimate and lovely. The beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The fish tacos very fantastic! What really made my trip was getting massages from Tara Bartley. Tara is very nurturing, experienced, friendly and puts one at ease immediately. An excellent massage therapist! Thank you Tara!

I just returned from an amazing trip to Providenciales! I stayed at the West Bay Club for 5 nights and cannot say enough nice things about it. While I had the small garden suite, the room was immaculate--had plenty of space for me, a fantastic bathroom and shower, little kitchenette to make lunch in and a wonderfully comfortable king sized bed. Housekeeping kept it so clean and always provided fresh towels and bottled water. The full breakfast every morning was great--I had a made to order omelette, fresh fruit, tea, coffee etc. The staff was lovely and very attentive. THE BEACH! Oh the beach!!! First off let me say I did go up to Grace Bay to check out the scene there--beautiful but crowded! The beach at West Bay is gorgeous and quiet! I absolutely preferred it. Plenty of beach chairs which the awesome staff kindly set up for you and access to all the snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing equipment I could want. A quick walk up to the Coral Gardens gave me access to great snorkeling--I swam with sea turtles, parrot fish and even barracuda! The beach was lovely to walk and the on site beach restaurant made excellent cocktails--you have to try their mahi mahi fish tacos! While some reviewers have indicated this resort was expensive, I will say that it was far less than some of the other resorts in Turks--lets be honest--this is an expensive island! I loved my time at West Bay Club and would stay there again in a heart beat!
