Arrived Provo airport on May 22. After clearing immigration and customs and exiting airport, tourists are directed to areas along sidewalk to await taxi vans for hotel drop-offs. Cost to West Bay Club was $23 per couple. Van carried 5 couples. First drop-off was hotel next door - Gansevoort. We were greeted at West Bay Club with cold towel and rum punch. Had to wait for room to be cleaned though was after 3pm. Rented a 1 bed ocean front suite - good views from room and outdoor patio. Good, free internet service throughout property. Daily cleaning and turn down services with water bottle replenishment most days (probably meant to be daily -- don't know why missed). Service was a bit uneven -- asked for another blow dryer as one in condo didn't work and no one showed. Grocery, pharmacy, bank and a few other stores are in strip mall just a mile away. Bikes with baskets available for free after signing waiver. Complimentary breakfast (fruit, breads, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and omelet station). Lunch was expensive ($70+ for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks). Local beer $7 per bottle, imported higher. Had a kahlua and rum punch at bar for total $32 before tip. Seems a lot of people eat and drink in room from things bought at grocery store. Beach and pool setups were fine - individual umbrellas, towels and lounge cover. Theme nights at hotel - Tue jerk night with entertainment, thu 4 hour happy hour, fri beach BBQ, sat TCI market night choose catch for grill. Popular fish fry on Thursday with vendors and music is short walk to Bight park. Next door Gansevoort hotel has Stelle Restaurant - much better than restaurants at West Bay Club. Reception and pool looked much nicer as well. Received bill in room the night before checkout which was helpful as there was an incorrect charge. Some of the condos are set up as, for example, 101A and 101B -- rented either as combined 2 bedroom or two 1 bedrooms (separate outside entrances). As you can imagine, a charge to room 101 could land on either 101A bill or 101B bill. The correction was handled quickly and check out went smoothly. You should advise hotel of when you wish to go to the airport and they will have van available (pickups on the 1/2 hour). The hotel includes $23 charge on your bill for the return. Airport check-in went smoothly. Kiosks available to scan passport, print boarding passes and print bag tags for bad drop off.

We just returned from a fantastic week at the West Bay Club. We stayed in an Ocean Front Luxury 1 Bedroom Suite. The accommodations, friendliness of the staff, complimentary breakfast each morning, cleanliness and upkeep of the property were all top notch! The beach and pool areas always had room to accommodate us no matter what time of day. Use of complimentary Hobie cats, paddle boards, bicycles, getting us a taxi to wherever we wanted to go quickly. I could keep on going. WBC is located away from the main 'shopping' area but walking along beach, or road or biking in were pretty easy if you can do 2 miles one way. There are two coral reefs just offshore both within walking distance which were neat to explore. If you are looking for a high energy time - not the place. Though I am not sure there is much of that on TCI in general. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere on a beautiful stretch of beach with great friendly staff I highly recommend The West Bay Club! We'll be back!

We first visited Providenciales in the summer of 2016 and stayed at this resort. We were very pleased. When my husband and I wanted a beach trip this year, we considered many new islands/places and decided to return here. The accommodations are fantastic and the beach is just the nicest one anywhere. The island itself is pretty calm and quiet. It is a nice place to relax. This resort is a little further away from what I consider the central tourist area, but that is fine with me. For the most part, the staff gives fantastic service. I feel that some of the staff members would literally give you the shirt off their back if you asked. That being said, there are exceptions. There was a day or two that we put up our flag to request food and beverage service at the beach, and the flag was ignored. It is a very short walk to the beach bar/restaurant, though, so it was easy to just walk up and order there. The beach is wide and deep. The beach chairs are quite comfortable and nicely padded and at this resort (unlike some others), everyone has a front row seat to the most beautiful beachfront anywhere. The beach is never crowded. We had a one bedroom suite last time and this time we upgraded to the premium one bedroom suite and we loved it! The bathroom was larger. the living room was larger. There was more closet space. There was even a half bath. The view from the room was gorgeous. The only thing I didn't care for was the really large but shallow sinks in the bathroom. Mala at the Anani Spa was amazing! I had been to the chiropractor 3 times before my vacation and could not get the pain out of my shoulder. Mala succeeded. She has an amazing gift for healing. Don't miss the opportunity for her to work on you. The complimentary breakfast was as good and convenient as we remembered. I hope to return to the resort many, many times.

My wife and I have been to several resorts from Jamaica, Mexico, Curacao, Dominican Republic and St. Lucia and The WestBay Club in Turks was one the best vacations! The Beaches are best hands down...clean, white and totally uncrowded. You don't have to fight for beach chairs like at these other places and we went from runs on the beach undisturbed every morning. The workout facility is great but to take in the beach was the only option for us. Rooms are great and the bathrooms are totally updated! Pool is nice and swanky! The entire Staff is very helpful and nice! (Chefs, maintenance, everyone) SPA with Tara is off the charts AMAZING! Not sure what people really have to complain about. The only exception to keep in mind is that the food is not all inclusive but at other resorts the all inclusive food has been low quality. We knew what we signed up for so we were content with paying for the other meals... it can get pricey so were mentally prepared for that. The complimentary FULL breakfast served us well with the omelet station and etc. Having to pay for lunch or early dinner it forced us to venture out to other parts of the island to eat and see things. We will be visiting again without a doubt and you should visit too!

We’ve stayed at the WBC a couple of times now. My first review was glowing. This time things were a mix. First the good. Room 107 is amazing. Ground floor with a beachfront view (you can see a bit of water but if you want a full ocean view, ask for a higher floor) Spacious. Bright. A massive porch AND a small lower deck with two sun loungers, which you won’t get on the higher floors. Double glazed windows keep things quiet. AC is solid. Next, the not so good. Our bed was mushy and lumpy. We slept terribly. I just read elsewhere that they claim to have different bed firmnesses available. I find this a little hard to believe. If that’s the case, why wasn’t I asked which I preferred when I booked? Finally, the awful. The breakfast buffet at the WBC is just plain bad. We are late sleepers and we’ve been to lots of breakfast buffets, in all kinds of hotels, where no matter what time you show up, the food is hot and plentiful and beautifully presented. Not so at West Bay. Each morning, the scrambled eggs were tepid and brown on one side from sitting too long, the sausages were literally cold, the oatmeal was floating in water with a nasty skin on it, some vessels were empty...who knows what we missed? The breakfast buffet gets no love. At other hotels, someone is constantly monitoring the availability and appearance of the buffet. When something is gone, it’s replaced or the vessel it was in is removed. Things are stirred. Heat is maintained. At West Bay, at least towards the end of the service, everything is left to die. Quality and availability was all over the place. One day we had what tasted like fresh orange juice, the next day it tasted like Tang. No butter the next day. Had to ask. No English muffins one day. The crumbs of the previous ones were there, but no replacements. I’m not sure who their bacon supplier is but I have never tasted bacon with so little flavor. The very first morning I ate this breakfast and wondered to myself, geez I hope I don’t get sick from all this food that’s been sitting around. On the 4th day, that’s exactly what happened. I had the lukewarm scrambled eggs, a few potatoes, a piece of toast and a few pieces of (flavorless) bacon, the Tang tasting orange juice, some overripe pineapple (I suspect this was the culprit) and a watery iced coffee that came in a glass that didn’t strike me as very clean. I literally remember looking at the plate of food before me and thinking to myself, man this is just unappetizing. But I was hungry, so I ate it. We ate at 10am. By 4pm something definitely wasn’t right with my stomach. By 7pm I was violently ill multiple times throughout a long sleepless fevered night. Our final night and last day were a total loss as I lay immobilized in paradise. Thankfully we were granted a late checkout. Can I guarantee that West Bay Club was the cause of my bout of food poisoning? No, but any time I’ve gotten sick from food, it was within just a few hours of eating it. My previous meal before the WBC breakfast was at 5pm the day before...nearly 24 hours before I got sick. And it didn’t not include any room temperature food or over ripe fruit. You do the math. We will come back to West Bay, but we will be having our breakfast next door at the Gansevoort, where the food is constantly monitored and refreshed, unless West Bay reads this and addresses these issues. On a side note, our only other major complaint was the constant noise of people dragging chairs across the stone floors above us. This could be easily fixed by adding simple pads to the bottoms of the chairs.
