The West Bay Club

Let’s just say that this hotel was beyond our expectations, from the accommodations to the people. We were greeted upon arrival by Roshana. She was exceptional throughout our stay. Our needs were met by everyone we encountered. Yatiko and James were amazing at making us feel acknowledge every morning. We also had the pleasure of meeting Irene at the bar, she was an absolute joy. She made the best shrimp tacos on the island. My husband and I also want to point out that we got the best in room massage from Sugey and Cindy. They were highly experienced and a joy to talk to. Last but not least, Justin made sure that we had a great time at the beach by making our lounge chairs nice and comfortable with his beach towels. We are definitely coming back to this hotel, as compared to other properties we visited in the area, this one had the best relaxed atmosphere and great employees. Thank you West Bay Club for hiring quality people and providing us with a stress free hotel experience.

had great experience from checking in to checking out its great hotel kept very clean staff friendly and attentive to all your needs especially two front desk girls Roshana, Lloydeka and Shenika are the best of the best took great care of all our needs property is super clean well maintained all modern amenities and its much quieter and relaxing will be back again

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was such a great experience. From the get go, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The whole staff was helpful and we loved chit chatting with them. Irene, Roshana, Gio, and ALL the staff (I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names!) were the sweetest people. The hotel offered free sailboat rides, floaties, kayaks, etc., which saved us a lot of money. Honestly, the hotel was beautiful but the kindness of the staff was what really made our experience. I would definitely recommend booking here!

I had a great time at the West Bay Club. Everything from beach, amenities, and rooms was clean and well maintained. It was nice, quiet, and not overcrowded. I was able to grab a spot at the beach easily everyday of my stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Giovanni at the front desk and he was wonderful. Irene and Justin at the beach bar were the best and great service :) and Rose the room attendant made sure everything was tidy in my room. The taxis at the hotel to get to dinners were out by the front and for me, I had no wait. If you wanted to snorkel equipment is provided and is about a mile walk to Smith’s Reef or if you wanted something closer there is also snorkeling by Somewhere Cafe. Highly recommend!
