The West Bay Club

We had an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos! The hotel was clean, well maintained, optimally located and the staff was fantastic. My wife and I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels and resorts. During all of our travels, no single person stands out more than Roshana at West Bay Club! Her service, thoughtfulness, knowledge of the island and genuine care are unsurpassed. She is a fountain of knowledge. Everything she did to help make our stay on the island the best it could be was done with a smile and genuine care for our experience.

Our stay at West Bay Club truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional—the service, the beautifully maintained rooms, the stunning location, and one of the most breathtaking beaches we’ve ever experienced. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Roshana, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing experience. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. She made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We’ve even stayed in touch since returning home, which speaks volumes about the level of hospitality we experienced. We truly can’t wait to come back—not only to revisit this beautiful resort, but to see Roshana again. If you’re considering a stay in Turks & Caicos, West Bay Club is an absolute must. It’s a place that leaves a lasting impression.

Location and hotel are fabulous. Roshana is a shine star!! Helped us get reservations, places to shop, places to eat. Always happy to help and smiling. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Ocean perfect. Property beautiful.

Roshana really made our stay incredible and always greeted us by name and with a smile - she was truly amazing and gave us great places to go to in town as well as truly toughing it out with a lost voice on our first day and still giving us so much help ! She made our stay fantastic.

Me, my friends, and my family all took a trip here for spring break and it was the BEST week of our lives. The view was breathtaking, the hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the room was so clean and perfectly fit all 9 of us everyday, the cleaning staff also so kind and attentive. This was truly one of the best vacation spots I have ever been to. The staff was what really sold it for us. Upon arrival the joy Loydeka exchanged with us was like no other. After awhile we also got to know Giovanni at the front desk as well. All of the bartenders, pool boys, beach boys, food runners, everyone was just the best. We loved Tiko, Chris and James!! We want to give our BIGGEST shoutout to the lovely Irene. The time we spent with Irene at the bar was the best part of our trip. We created a bond with her like no other and will never forget about her. Not only did she make the BEST drinks but she is one of the best people I have ever met. So kind, loving, and hardworking. Also Phil at the pool bar was fantastic! Overall the staff was amazing, unlike any where else I have ever been they truly were the highlight of our trip. It can't get any better than to have the people you love, a view like that, and a place like West Bay Club. We will be back!
