Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities. The beach is gorgeous and the service was perfect. The breakfast buffet is just right.. We had an upgraded room to the one bedroom suite and it was amazing ... spacious and a great balcony patio.. We had the unfortunate bad luck of having our water heater break as soon as we checked in.. therefore we couldn't take a shower until it was replaced the following day at 2:30.. which I had to remind them of twice. Not ideal.. We were offered to take a shower in another room on another floor.. which I declined .. I was only disappointed with the fact that we chose this place for our Anniversary and they asked us twice upon checking in yet nobody even mentioned it during our stay.. or apologized for the water issue.. Thankfully the people at Coco Bistro remembered our special day .. Loved the resort.. just expected a little more attention..

Service was very attentive, with a warm greeting from the host, an inventive menu and generous portions. My husband has extensive dietary restrictions, so they brought the chef out to discuss. They did a beautiful job with the conch ceviche and roasted chicken. The setting is beautiful and romantic, very quiet with good selection if music. The nicest thing was when they packed my key lime pie dessert to go, they also included a variety of fresh fruit for my husband free of charge. We felt pampered and would definitely return!

We were a couple traveling for our 25th anniversary so we wanted some privacy and few if any children; we love ours but left them home. You get it....It was perfect in every way from our oceanfront luxury suite to the turquoise waters to the great snorkeling just steps away to the five star service. It was exactly what we needed and looked for. We will definitely be back.

As you'll see by reading through the reviews here, there are pros and cons to the West Bay Club. The pros: Beautiful beach, fairly good snorkeling nearby accessible from beach, relatively quiet, very nicely appointed rooms. The cons: Tiny bar and restaurant, spotty service, not convenient location, not good for singles. The West Bay Club is kind of a smaller, poorer cousin to its sister property, the Grace Bay Club. It is located on one of the wider, quieter sections of Grace Bay Beach, and the rooms are quite nice. The service is certainly uneven - many of the staff spend time socializing with each other and treat guests so casually (think Jamaica) you wonder if they want to be friends rather than serve you (note to management: at these prices I'd suggest training them to be more polite and formal and less social). Breakfast is fine and lunch on the beach is as well. But the bar is tiny (and what's up with those short chairs?) and you'd do well to skip having dinner at the restaurant (the one night I did dine there, I was the only person who did so). This is a place for a nice room and beach, but you'll want to head elsewhere for anything else. That'll require a taxi or car as there's nothing nearby. And if you're single (or adverse to kids in the small pool), you'd best go elsewhere. But if you're a couple (perhaps with children) seeking a nice room in a quiet spot, this may just be your kind of place. And as with many upscale hotels on Provo, expect to pay handsomely.

The West Bay Club was a beautiful hotel on the ocean. They offered complementary breakfast daily. The food was delicious, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, banana smoothies, cold cereal, yogurt, assorted breads and sweet rolls. The room was beautiful with a washer, dryer, mini fridge, microwave and two lanais to sit and either watch the beautiful blue ocean or view the pool. It was a very clean, beautiful place to stay. A little pricy but well worth it. They had chairs and umbrellas ready for you on the beach and a small beachside restaurant to get a bite to eat without leaving the beach. The staff was incredible!! Very friendly and helpful!!
