AMAZING
This resort was better than we could have imagined! Everything was so perfect, to the staff, to the room, to the food. Highly recommend this resort!! The concierge Giovanni and Roshana were so amazing and very hospitable. They planned a special romantic dinner for two on the beach that was the most beautiful dinner. Our server Roosevelt was also very wonderful, he was very kind and very very amazing. There aren’t enough great words I can say about this resort. We loved it.

Very relaxing vacation
Had a great stay at the West Bay Club. Everyone was so nice and the amenities were amazing. Roshana and John were especially very hospitable. The beach is stunning and secluded and the rooms are gorgeous! Had such a relaxing vacation, couldn’t ask for more!

Awesome vacation!
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location on Grace Bay to stay, The West Bay Club is the place to be! Absolutely the best beach! This boutique hotel will exceed your ecxpectations and provide you with an intimate experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you prefer more activities and crowds, this hotel is not going to be your best option.

Best hotel on the island
Many beautiful hotels on the island but we only stay at West Bay Club and the reason is the people. Roshana, Giovani, and Miss Margaret who runs the kid club make you feel at home. They are so sweet, thoughtful, and wonderful hosts. They are special people. Our son adores Miss Margaret and wants to be with her the whole time he’s here! She is incredible with kids making this the perfect family spot. Other hotels may be bigger but this place has it all: beautiful pool, beach, people, and super low key. 5/5!

The trip of a lifetime, with top-notch service
This was the vacation of a lifetime. At our check-in, Roshana greeted us with the warmest and brightest welcome. From the moment we stepped onto the property, she took care of us. Our room was immaculate and the views!!!! My goodness, heaven on earth. We had the pleasure of engaging with Giovanni, Roosevelt, Bianca, Faye, Lorenzo, and Myahne. We did not want for a thing during our entire stay. All of them looked after us. Strong and tasty Drinks, delicious food, beautifully clean and spacious grounds, stellar local recommendations, and just a warmth from everyone that felt like family. Other guests were friendly and you can tell, everyone just wants to have a great time. Highly recommend this experience! If the views, the food, and the ambiance don’t win you over, the first-class service absolutely will. Next time, I hope they expand their menu - everything was delicious but a few more options would have been appreciated. Thanks

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to West Bay Club. This was our 6th visit and we plan to return many times. Dane and Roxanna are the perfect hosts and they and the whole staff go out of their way to meet every request and assure you have a great vacation.
The units are beautiful with full kitchens, comfortable furniture and a large ocean front deck. The gym and spa on site are convenient.
The beach is the best and it's nice to be on this side of the island. The beaches are wider, the snorkeling is a five minute walk either way on the beach and the grocery store is close. We have been vacationing Providenciales for 15 years and West Bay Club is the best new property there by far.

We spent our honeymoon at West Bay Club and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are beautiful, the beach and pool area always had places to sit, even during the busiest part of the season, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.
